Kaspersky Standard using a lot of CPU even in idle state of Laptop

I just now updated my KIS to Kaspersky Standard and after updating I am seeing that CPU usage has increased by a lot (around 20-30%) more. My application version is
Standard 21.9.6.465 Database release 15.03.2023 06:08AM

Same for Kaspersky free but a bit lower then standard version but still higher

Does some download softwares running in the system background? or Does system is downloading the windows update in background?

No, this just happens at random without any trigger. I have no auto update of system or Windows update going in background.

Please check this situation whether it is caused by background scan?  Does this situation occur when OS boot after 15-20 minutes?

Yes. This happens after 15-20Mins but there is no background scan running in Kaspersky Application.
