What to do if the error persists

• 🛑If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support via My Kaspersky. Please include a detailed description of the issue🛑  Not possible, Kaspersky nuked incident management via MyK, the link generates 404 Oops, the page is missing
• For information on how to use My Kaspersky, see the  Online Help page, link resolves to ERROR 404!
