  • Post an image of   C:\ProgramData  folders please? 
  • Run a new GSI & Windows Logs, upload the folder to cloud & post the share link please?

Hello  @Master,

The system reports indicate other Kaspersky products: 

  1. Run Windows in SafeMode.
  2. Do not start any applications other than KAVREMOVER.
  3. Run KAVREMOVER as Administrator.
  4. Recheck?

I removed kaspersky secure connection 4.0 and it appeared lots of options to remove, which one should i remove?

Don’t remove anything

  • ❓ Was computer in SafeMode when you saw the 3 images you posted in your last reply?
  • ❓ Was KAVREMOVER run as Administrator? 

🛑 KAVREMOVER logs, add to a ZIP folder,  📎 attach to your reply ?  🛑

Hello all well, it wasn't, but i tested it later in safe mode and it showed it, i ran it as administrator, and ended up deleting the kavremover log

🤔 ,  I’ve been waiting for the Moderator to pitch in again.

He seemed so eager to help. 

By his comments he’s across everything and keen to point out what we’d already established.

I will not and never continue in a Topic containing an issue
that is supposedly not resolvable on this Forum,
in those cases i always refer to K-Lab Technical Support,
identically  as  the same Moderation suggestion in the 2ond post of this Topic.
Unfortunately K-Lab Technical Support is only available for paid versions.
