Welcome!

1 Reset all browsers to default. 

2 Create a Restore Point. 

3 Run Windows in Safe Mode & clear the following Temp folders

  • C:\Windows\Temp
  • C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Temp

4 If the issue persists run AdwareCleaner

5 If the issue persists:

  • Export KAV Detailed Report, select All Events, 24hrs or 7days, save as a .txt file, 📎 attach to your reply please? 
  • Run a GSI & Windows Logs & post back please?
