  3. Is the issue new or has always existed? 
  4. Have Hardware and software requirements been checked? 
  5. "Secure connection is temporarily unavailable"
  6. Has KVPN been uninstalled & clean installed
  7. Is KVPN Premium/licensed or Free?

2. Kaspersky VPN 21.3.10.391

3, can be used before but recently can not be used

 

4, there is no problem with the hardware and software sometimes change to a WiFi can be used

 

5. Safe connection but not available

 

6. Clean installation

 

7, is the VPN free version

  1. Operating system version & build
  2. Have all steps in "Secure connection is temporarily unavailable" been done? 
  3. Has KVPN been uninstalled, including a shutdown of the device, using Shutdown, not Restart, today
  4. Has KVPN been clean installed today
  5. Post a full screen imageHow to take a screenshot ) of the error, we need to see what you see?

Please look at the documentation: 

  1. What is the  Operating system version & build ? 
  2. Was KVPN uninstalled today
  3. Was KVPN clean installed today
  4. Is there any Anti-virus software installed? IF “yes”, what is the name of the software? 
  5. Is there a Firewall installed? IF “yes”, what is the name of the software? 
  6. Is the Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter enabled? 
  7. Have you tried setting a different DNS

Patch А for KVPN version 21.3.10.391, was released on March 22, 2021, it’s odd your software does not show patch(a), if it’s been uninstalled & clean installed today🤔 ?  

 Patch (b) has only been released  April 22, 2021, however, you should have patch(a)…  

 

  1. Is the Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter DNS set to Default? 
  2. Post an image of the front screen of the Firewall please? 
  3. Is KVPN allowed & trusted in the Firewall
  4. If the Firewall is disabled, does the “failed to connect” error persist?

There is nothing wrong with my firewall.

We’re not suggesting there’s anything wrong with the Firewall, our questions are:

In the Firewall, is the KVPN trusted?

We also asked for an image of the Firewall front screen, we’d like to test that Firewall with KVPN & see if we can replicate the issue.
