Email reminders for old Licences [Solved][Closed]

Hi, I've been using Kasperky for years. I renewed my Total Security licence and everything was OK. I'm now getting email reminders to renew my licence. When I check My.Kaspersky I have 4 licences listed. 3 of these are redundant (and listed as expired). Is there anyway I can delete the old licences or prevent reminders for them. These reminders are particularly irritating as the whole household is getting them everytime they look at their laptop/phone/tablet. regards.

Hello MRKuser999, I recently encountered this issue, contacted KLab Support who advised: quote "customer does not have this removal option, but we can remove it for you. Provide the account detail, e.g. MyKaspersky account email address and the activation code/s you wish to remove" unquote
  1. Contact Kaspersky Lab Support via https://my.kaspersky.com/
Good luck!

I am getting extremely annoyed at receiving constant emails to tell me that my licence to Kaspersky has not bee active for many weeks when the truth is that I renewed my licence about three weeks BEFORE it expired. I would have thought that a High-Tec company like Kaspersky would have been able to co-ordinate all of this information. Can I trust their Internet Security even though I have been using them for a great number of years?

Some technical problems can always happen. I understand the frustration but by contacting Technical Support you will resolve. Be happy with Kaspersky products!
