Does Kaspersky auto upgrade to a new version once it updates definitions?

Does Kaspersky auto upgrade to a new version once it updates definitions? Do we receive a new version available message?

Hello @nabeel,

when a new version is released, your KTS will download it automatically after some time. Since the distribution is done in staggered releases, it may take a few weeks.
Unfortunately there is no notification.

Also, after a new version or patch arrives, if the computer is not rebooted within 7 days → 168hours, in the Kaspersky Notification centre, there will be a Computer reboot is required notification, in Windows Notifications, there will be a Computer reboot is required & the Kaspersky icon will turn red

A BIG thank you to you both @Schulte @Flood and Flood's wife that was most helpful. I really would like if kaspersky notifications would revert back to the old bubble pop ups without making them a part of windows notifications. With notifications popping up from other programs its easy to miss critical notifications from Kaspersky.
