So my Kaspersky Protection extension seemed to be lagging (I changed my Data Collection Blocking settings in the app, but nothing changed in the extension, even after I had turned my PC off and on again), and I decided to uninstall and then reinstall it. The problem is that the extension is no longer available for installation in Chrome Web Store,

while in Kaspersky Plus app the indicator says the extension is working, so I can't install it from there too.

In this case, how do I get it back?

Thanks for a quick response! Web Store didn't shown the extension for me for some weird reason, but with that link I was able to successfully reinstall it and it stopped lagging as well!

What steps should I take to reinstall it?

In the Edge browser, make sure Allow extensions from other stores is toggled ON

For Chrome, open the browser, enter this link in the URL bar: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kaspersky-protection/ahkjpbeeocnddjkakilopmfdlnjdpcdm?pli=1

I have no issues with Microsoft Edge; it’s installed and working well.

However, after resetting my Chrome browser and uninstalling the Kaspersky extension, I'm having trouble finding it again.

I searched the Chrome Web Store, but it doesn’t appear. I also copied the link you shared, but that doesn’t work either. Clicking the "turn on" button in the app just takes me back to the same link you provided, and nothing is working.

  1. Kaspersky extensions cannot be *searched* for, in any stores. 
  2. OK.
  3. OK.
  4. Which Kaspersky software subscription is installed -> name & version
  5. Chrome version
  6. Which region/location are you in please?

I didn't realize the problem was linked to my location. Once I switched it to Europe, it appeared. Thanks, I've installed it and it's functioning properly now.
