We have the installer business package, today i just trying to install the package on new activated windows and running as an administrator but once double click nothing is happening. Why is that? I tried on 2 laptops. Is this the package installer issue? My distribution package is 12.8.0.505 Any recommendations?

Am I missing something or isn't there any option for Hardware Virtualization on endpoint cloud pro ? Kaspersky premium has this option while I can't find it on endpoint cloud pro. If there is no support for Hardware Virtualization on cloud, is it recommended to enable core isolation on windows defender? What is the best approach in this case?

Hello, I have kaspersky security center version 14.2 with kaspersky endpoint security 12.5 and KEDR expert. i want to know how i can block ads in laptop when they out of office ( i cant use proxy to block ADS cause they out of office, the only way its block by kaspersky, any way to do this please. Возникла следующая проблема - на большинстве ПК в сети установлено сразу две лицензии - 1) Kaspersky Total Security для бизнеса EDR Ready Russian Edition. 5000+ Node 3 year Base License: Kaspersky Security for WS and FS 2) Kaspersky Total Security для бизнеса EDR Ready Russian Edition. 5000+ Node 3 year Base License: KEDR Ими активированы KES 12.5 на которых исправно работает базовый функционал KES + EDR (KATA) Однако на 10 пк вторая лицензия проливаться отказывается, с ошибкой "лицензия не предназначена для данного приложения" и поэтому компонент "EDR (KATA)" не работает все ПК в одной группе и под одной политикой. Профилей нет. при добавлении вручную локально на стенде - одна лицензия просто подменяет другую, более того - становится резервной а не активной на другом же стенде лицензия не добавляется совсем с ошибкой "лицензия не для этой программы". Как же так если другие пк активированы именно этими лицензиями и всё работает? во вкладке "лицензии" видно что они распространены на ПК как же добавить сразу две лицензии для активации и того и другого функционала

Hola a todos, Tengo montado un espacio de trabajo con los usuarios y permisos necesarios para kaspersky, existe alguna configuración que evite que el usuario pueda cerrar la app?, he visto que otros antivirus tienen restricciones con la contraseña, he probado la "protección de aplicación" pero no funciona, lo que necesito es evitar que el usuario cierre la app desde las aplicaciones en segundo plano. Muchas gracias
