But this patch is smaller in size than the usual patches.
Hey @JPEKaspersky , in this situation size does not matter
@Igor Kurzin , you are right☺
-
In KIS 21.1.15.500, reports are more difficult to understand than in KIS 2020, where they were read clearly.
Technical support has also had problems recently:
Orders are stuck in the message "processing the order" and do not go to "awaiting a response from technical support", in addition to a GSI report not being attached to a response from me (and it was less than 10 Mb).

@JPEKaspersky Kind reminder : Here is your “date 1601” Topic :
You are absolutely right @Berny
Thank you so much for reminding me.

@FLOOD , I'm super happy with your answer.👏
In this topic you answered a question that left me intrigued by such a strange date (17th century).
Congratulations on your clarification.👍

Hello @FLOOD thanks for the answer about the patch being different from normal. I was clarified.
As for the reports, the problem is that there would be so many windows to display (anti-banner, file antivirus and database update that always shows the release date as 01/01/1601, but it doesn't seem to affect my database which is updated and I'm already in patch B, as you know) that would fill a topic.
Here are just three examples.

Good day.
Today my KIS 21.1.15.500 has been updated to patch (b).
Updated only 873Kb.
Is this patch really that small?
-
I asked this question because when updating the KIS 2021 database, today it gave me an error ("error when checking the database and application modules").
I don't know if this error is serious, because afterwards it is indicated that the database is updated and the update has been completed.

Hello everyone.
I wonder how long the KIS 2020 will continue to receive patches and database updates?
-
Thank you, @petsy I'm clarified👍
-
Hello everybody.
Support provided me with the link:
However, the file provided to reinstall KIS 2021 concerns Kaspersky Security Cloud.
I have a 360 day KIS license.
My question is:
Is KSC a different product with a separate license?
-
Thanks @Berny for your answer.

Today I installed the new version of KIS 2021 (21.1.15.500 patch a).
In some updates to the reports, the database update shows the date 01/01/1601.
Is it a new bug or another situation?
-
Requested today via "My Kaspersky" Portugal on the date as @FLOOD indicated.
It's working fine, patch (a) installed.
The Kaspersky Proteccion extension just disappeared, but it was installed by the Google Store.
Some differences (AMSI and reports, etc).
So far everything is perfect.

Thank you for your reassuring response.
So I would like to thanks to the @nexon for the help and clarification and a good weekend.👍

Hello @nexon ,
Yes i’m from Portugal ☺ Lisbon

This is no problem….If update is finished succesfully then all is OK.
Please pas with mouse on your taskbar K icon and tell me Virus definiton date and time. -
And databases updated succesfully?? Or not?
Yes all.
-
However, all of them give a final result, concluded, fortunately
-
The manual update has already been verified by me and there are still more episodes of those recorded.
-
Here is the complete database update file.

Good Morning.
I realized that a few days ago the database update has registered "resolved dns name" several times in a row.
However, despite this, all updates are successful and KIS 2020 (20.0.14.1085 patch L) has an updated database.
What does this process mean?
-
Update databases show a date of 1601. [Dulpicate subject merged]
