  1. Hello Smartek, if problem still available and KES still installed try to disable self defense before removing the key Thank you in advance Best Regards
  2. Hello Jean, this is a normal confirmation popup when you try to change settings in KES. You can just limit the time for duration until it will be asking you again. Same would be happen when you set a password for KES in your policy. For any changes in local UI or disabling the policy by the tray icon you will be asked for confirmation. This is by design and need to make changes to KES more secure. If you think this is a problem open a ticket with technical support team Thank you in advance Best Regards
  3. Hello pimado3648 please refer to the commands here: Installing the application using the command line (kaspersky.com) if this will not work check if you can use KES Linux 12 Product Downloads | Endpoint Security for Business | Kaspersky If this will not work open a technical support request Thank you in advance Best Regards

  5. Hello Jenner, the version Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Linux (11.0.0.2706) is end of life. I think it would be a good idea to check if you are up to date with your Kaspersky Products and then using Kes for Linux 12.x Product Support Lifecycle (kaspersky.com) Product Downloads | Endpoint Security for Business | Kaspersky (scroll down to the bottom for KES Linux) if still problems then it makes sense to troubleshoot this with technical support team Thank you in advance Best Regards

  7. Hello Alex Pro it depends on the events you get from KES Components. You should be able to add Tenable Nessus Application to the Trusted Application settings in your KES Policy. Here you can disable scanning by specific components and you can specify IP and port which should not be scanned.
  8. Hello, exactly, you cannot resume protection from KSC when pausing from KES tray icon. Regards
  9. Hello Hichem, to be able to get information from the clients the Network Agent Policy needs to be configured to provide them. If this is already set (which should be by default) then check if the clients have a valid connection to the server to sync properly. In addition run an Inventory Task. If this will not help open a ticket with technical support Thank you in advance Best Regards
  10. Hello Hichem, could be the problem is just by low resources from the database or database content itself. Please create the task "Find vulnerabilities and required updates" and a Kaspersky Endpoint Security Inventory task. Check if both helps to fix that. If not open a ticket with technical support to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you in advance Best Regards

As this is a problem to connect to the server successfully you have to recreate the link in the cloud console and install the app anew. Please uninstall the previous app before you install the new one even it is the same version number. Maybe this article helps too: Connecting mobile devices (kaspersky.com) Thank you in advance Best Regards
