Hi, how to block user from accessing MS Store application. It is observed that user access this application and download blocked application.

Hello, Recently we deployed Kaspersky Endpoint Security cloud pro. It is observed that Windows Desktop are updating properly. Now we trying to configure on mobile device.Antivirus loaded on mobile but unable to sync. Giving error "Synchronization error. Unable to synchronize with the Administration Server:failed to send request to Administration Server.Kindly suggest.
