Applications available updates not showing

Hi,

When I try to see the available updates in (Advanced -> Application Management -> Application Updates) , I get the following error 'Cannot load the update list , the content is not ready, please retry later'

Note : the attached screenshot is in french , I tried translating the text , it might not be reflective to what is shown in the english version

Hello Hichem,

could be the problem is just by low resources from the database or database content itself.

Please create the task "Find vulnerabilities and required updates" and a Kaspersky Endpoint Security Inventory task.

Check if both helps to fix that. If not open a ticket with technical support to troubleshoot the problem.
