  11. Reason: Read Error The file seems to be under your TEMP, the files might be removed/moved that's why it is unable to scan the file. Can you try to restart your computer and run a full scan again?
  12. It's normal to cancel your automatic renewal and renew manually, especially with the new subscription plans since they come with automatic renewal turned on. If you notice that you got charged by an automatic renewal, you can always contact Kaspersky Customer Service to request a refund if it's within 30 days. Suppose you mentioned that it's because of the price, there should be no issue. Automatic renewal is more tailored for people who want to use the application because of having to renew yearly/manually.
  13. If you think your Activation Code is compromised, you can request to Kaspersky support to reissue you a new license with a new activation code. They should be able to do it from their end.
  14. Can you try going to the Settings and change the Protocol from "Select automatically" to either "Catapult Hydra" or "WireGuard"?
  15. By default, the local backup is saved at Documents\Kaspersky Password Manager\Backup but since you mentioned it is your first time using the password manager, it should be fine. You just to need make sure your vault is synced up.
