So I bought kaspersky total off amazon US. I entered the code into my already expired kaspersky total and it activated. So that means it works then correct? I am still using the old total kaspersky software that was downloaded years ago. But are you suppose to download kaspersky premium? But either one works? Example you download kaspersky premium and then enter the same code? Or you have to remove the code from kaspersky total first before downloading kaspersky premium? You can download kaspersky premium regardless of where you are located right?

I'm not sure why you said IF I say so for number 3. That is what happened. The thing is I believe as long as you have the correct kaspersky country version downloaded on your computer, it doesn't matter where are you are anymore. Is that correct? Also it doesn't matter if it expires while you are outside the US because as long as you order an activation code for kaspersky total that is for kaspersky total USA, then it's good right? How i check what version i have? Went to database update and shows im already up to date. When i go to add/remove programs, shows i downloaded kaspersky total last year and shows the version a 21.3.10.391

Type that where? So it doesn't auto background scan by default say when laptop is idle for 5 minutes?

How do i do one manually? Just did full scan and vulnerability scan. How i manually do a background scan?
