  1. nearly 12 months on and my VPN has been auto stay on, when switch on, for many months. Kasp must have fixed it.
  2. Berny, everything is good now, thinking of moving to premium. But, suffering from major slowdown of boot up.
  3. I have just had to reinstall windows 11. I have downloaded and reinstalled Kaspersky Plus and it says Subscription expires in 300+ days. Byut it keeps asking for activation code which I do not seen to have?
  4. Hello everyone and thank you for your information. On the morning of the 8th, KS+ had shut down which was expected. KS+ did come on line sometime mid AM and My KS a little later so I do indeed have KS+ for another year. My daughter, who was in mine but wanted her own also reported KS+ coming online sometime 8th.
  5. I do have one obvious problem, although my sub still had 12 days to go. I am now bring inundated with spam. Which I never had until a couple of days ago. My single 2024 KP does not kick off for 12- so is that why? Confused here as I have never seen such rubbissh!

  8. Kaspersky Plus. MY licence (3 pc) runs out in less than 2 weeks. My daughter is getting her own licence for her own version. So I bought a new licence, for 1 year from Amazon UK for 1 year on Jan 17th 2024 but it has not appeared in my subscription for next year. Requestds for help not answered.
  9. I give up, no more looking for VPN, on or, as usual, off One of the reason I went for K+ was the VPN. I will leave my subscription running, then look elsewhere.. I have been busy on the pc all pm; the vpn refuses to stay on. Its YOU problem Kaspersky, let me know when its sorted. Thank you to those who have tried to help, nothing keeps it on!!

  11. And it disconnects with me too, and I am the only VPN user. Every time I go online, the VPN is set to off. And the link is german
  12. I have posted on this topic a while ago, but cannot find it due to the weight of subsequent posts. I have KPLUS for 3 machines the other user does not use VPN prefering her own choice. Therefore I am the sole VPN user. Or I would be if the damn thing stayed on! Everytime I go online I have to go to the VPN switch and put it ON. When I return sometime later, its OFF. What the heck is going on? Its supposed to be UNLIMITED for me. Also everytime I enter K+ it asks me to TURN ON Chrome protection. Which I do, then I lose it again next log in??????
  13. My vpn is still switching itself off even though I am the only user of it. I want what I paid for, NOW.
  14. Until very recently I opened VPN via KP home page. My daughter was using it on hers and got so fed up with it she changed to a definite country but decided to go back to her paid vpn. That seems to have left my vpn working. I had bought KP with a 3 machine use. Only me and my daughter were using it. So I have set it to the same country as she had, and, so far, its stayed on and more stable. One thing I did note, when purchasing an item online it asked me if I wanted to use their currency or sterling. I still think that if I buy software then I have full control over that software and vpn should be available to all users of licences.
  15. I bought Plus mainly because of the VPN. AND I am the purchaser. If Kaskersky cannot provide unlimited VPN, then they have renaged on the contract and I may soon be killing it, looking elsewhere, and demanding a refund. I AM NOT getting what I paid for.
