For iOS please try this : Sign out Kaspersky application from your 'My Kaspersky' account Uninstall Kaspersky from the old iPhone Power-off old iPhone My Kaspersky → Devices → Disconnect old iPhone Install Kaspersky on new iPhone Sign in Kaspersky application into your 'My Kaspersky' account (*) My Kaspersky → Devices → Add new iPhone (*) Kaspersky application will detect your activation code
