Я так понял, не у меня одного такая проблема. Единственное что мне посоветовали сделать в службе поддержки - обновить КСК на моем смартфоне. Проблема так и не решена. Отвратительно.

в my.kaspersky.com захожу даже двумя способами,. при попытке активировать даже не выхожу из аккаунта ..в этом-же браузере в этом аккаунте вообще ничего нет он ещё пустой ни подписок ни других лицензий.. в браузере он подключается но браузер не передаёт инфу или программа не принимает теряют взаимосвязь как их обратно подружить или какой браузер нужен а то я пользуюсь яндексом
