Добрый день! Подскажите, пожалуйста. Лицензия куплена в РФ, обновлялась пару лет. Действующая. Сейчас компьютер находится в США, поэтому обновления баз блокируются. Как решить этот вопрос? Заранее спасибо!

Добрый вечер, @SRR, Какая версия приложения используется (цифры)? Какая операционная система? Если выбрать другой виртуальный сервер и перезапустить браузер/приложения, ситуация сохранится?

Не соглашусь, у утилиты удаления Avast такая возможность есть, нужно просто выбрать "Перезапустить в безопасном режиме". Подобное могли и в Kaspersky сделать, но слишком много бюрократии и т.п. было. Обычно просто не может удалить оставшиеся "хвосты" в реестре, как показывает практика на форуме. Да, потом точки восстановления системы не работают, клавиатуры, мышь и т.д.

Hi, I am struggling with the support team. I have logged calls, have tickets open. Each day they send me the same story of uninstalling via the app using the admin code. The problem is I cant even open the app. It just spins on the login page with "Starting Kaspersky Safe Kids" and a spinning wheel. Great app.. but chat support and email support does not seem to work or understand. Picture attached

They know there's an issue on their end. They're just wasting your time by making you jump through these pointless hoops and pretending they're doing something to assist. It's a big deception.
