Same experience, same refund denied. User for years, renewed happily about 40 days before they announced the change to this dreadful, useless provider. I was denied a refund because of course, I've been paying for years and it was 40 days after I paid when they decided to switch so I guess it's bad luck for not aligning my renewal date when I started paying years ago with the timelines they had to destroy their service. The server I used every day for years is gone and I literally can't get an e-mail or whatsapp message with the VPN when literally 8 hours of my life are receiving e-mails and whatsapp messages but hey, I guess I can be salty for another 10 months about paying for a year of something and losing my money. I just feel bad for the moderators and customer support people having to deal with way less patient customers than the people posting in a civil way in this forum.

We are aware, of course, but what can We do? We have to be patient, like any other user...

It's been 8 days now for 3 replies asking me for logs, ip, the usual troubleshooting when it's obviously not on my end. INC000017995826. I still haven't seen an official statement and the customer service people and moderators in this forum seem to be completely unaware or ignoring the actual issue with your change to PureVPN from the service that actually worked. So again I ask to hopefully a Kaspsersky employee and not the moderators or support people doing their best, why is it that because you decided to change the service to something completely unusable 40 days after I paid, I'm not eligible for a refund because it's out of the 30 day refund window?

Ну верно все, наконец-то сформулировали! Телеграмм например тоже не заблокирован, просто по нем можно только переписаться, а не голосом с видео общаться. Т.е. по всей видимости террористы по нему только звонят, а не текстовые инструкции с картой высылают... Ну да, я очень верю!

Советую не тратить время и уже отменять подписку. Мы тут месяц вопрос обсуждали и так ничего и не дождались. Только хождения вокруг да около. Моя подписка заканчивается через 3 дня, продление я уже давно отменила. Не вижу смысла её продлевать за такую сумму ради одного лишь ChatGPT.
