Hi all, For the last few months I've been unable to access Pinterest via Firefox (or Edge) as it shows a blank white screen and refuses to connect, and upon looking at Inspect Element in both browsers I see the attached error message pop up 99+ times. I don't know anything about computers or coding etc, but it sounds like this CSP is what's blocking my access to Pinterest? So far I haven't encountered this issue on any other sites, and although I have the Kaspersky Protection add-on/extension in both Firefox and Edge, disabling it then reloading Pinterest doesn't resolve my issue. I don't know what to turn off in my KIS application itself to resolve this, either. I don't think I can amend this CSP myself if it's an integral part of Kaspersky, right? I used to be able to access Pinterest fine with Kaspersky, but I haven't been able to for months now. Is it possible I need to downgrade or go back to an older installation of Kaspersky? For reference, I'm on Windows 11 (version 23H2), and my Kaspersky application is Kaspersky Internet Security (version 21.3.10.391 (I)). Thanks, Liz
  3. Здравствуйте. Есть задача развернуть отказоустойчивый кластер KSC. Для пробы подготовил стенд из 3-х VM на Windows 10 Pro. 1-я и 2-я машины будут крутить KSC, на 3-ей установил SQLEXPRESS 2019. Все три машины в одной подсети, в одном домене, всё пингуется, захожу под одной доменной админской учёткой. После установки SQLEXPRESS выполнил на нём рекомендуемые настройки для подключения по сети. Брэндмауэр отключил. Но, 1-я машина не может подключиться к СУБД, при установке KSC. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что нужно предпринять? Скрин ошибки прилагаю.
  4. Today I realized that Kaspersky Anti Virus has about 400 GB ! hard disk space and C: was almost full. After searching I was able to find the files that were responsible for this, they were in the Reports folder and were about 100 GB in size. Now my question. What could be the reason for such large files being written all at once and how can I stop this? Another problem I have had for a few days now is that I can no longer start Discord while Kaspersky is running. If Kaspersky is off, Discord works again.
  5. From my expirience eset is far from good antivirus. For example you can do simple test here www. cpcheckme . com/checkme/ and try eset and other solutions to see how it goes. On the other hand it isnt even best with impact on system. You have Palo Alto Cortex that is by far in front of any other vendor. I have implemented kaspersky in dozen govermental institutions and big companies, also have few dozen small business that i work with every day. Thats like cca 15.000+ all kind of endpoints. I have tested business solutions and personal solutions for kaspersky, cortex/traps, eset, avast, bit defender, sophos and i know what im talking about. Few months ago i have tested Kaspersky antvirus for personal use on a laptop cca 10 years old, some G series cpu, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD with 5400rpm. After initial update and scan, which was really haevy on that system, everything worked like a charm. Tested it for few days, and nothing changed, it was just working good with cpu for kaspersky process not going over 10-15 %. There are some settings that you can set in kaspersky antivirus which can help a lot on low end machines, like scan only new and modified files for example, or set light heuristic analysis etc. If you want i can help you with settings and try to get the best you can on that machine.

  8. Its okay usage. Eset is best in low impact system and good av. On low end pc i s much better eset without discussion. Please dont write if you dont understand.

  10. Welcome to Kaspersky Community, Go to Your My Kaspersky account, on top right, click over Your email address -> Manage account, and there You should find inside payment methods, the way to manage it.

  12. Eset installed and scan as you can see 22-50% max CPU usage much better effeciency and also only 40MB ram usage. Really leightweigh.
  13. I lost the credit card I used to renew my subscription in 2023. I now have a new card and want to renew - BUT I CAN'T FIND THE PAGE TO AMEND THE CARD DETAILS. Why does Kaspersky make it so hard to do this? Can anyone point me to the relevant hyperlink? Thanks!

Dit issue is mij onbekend 🤔 , van zodra de beschermde Browser in een nieuw venster geopend wordt zijn betalingen naar personen die niet in het adresboek staan mogelijk.   15. Yeah I know low impact on system. Eset i used 6 years in a row. But kaspersky 11 years now in a row 🙂
  16. personally I recommend eset antivirus for old or low-end devices.
  17. I renovating old notebook 15 years old 🤦🤷😏 (i see on russian beta eap web page that somene from Russia have exact model). Replaced hdd by SSD (much more power faster), will add 2GB ram (total will be 4) and thiknig about replace CPU from T5470 to T9300 (from 1.6GHz to 2.50GHz). But now KTS latest version (i install KTS rather than newest k Plus) because old notebook and older av should work better but.... CPU while full scan is 70% usage, also 1% 30 minutes maybe more i stopped it. I know its an old laptop BUT kaspersky should be optimized also for older pc thats fact 1 and fact 2 if will be optimized for an older PCs then in newer pc will run much faster without any issue. Thats why i am going test kaspersky products on low end laptop too. My primary pc is desktop with i7 8th generation @5GHz.

Отправку отчетов можно отключить совсем, сняв галочку с опции Email reports: если отправка отчетов включена, то после завершения сканирования (обычно раз в неделю) будет всегда отправляться отчет (независимо от отчета по рассписанию и отчета после детекта) - это отключить нельзя. Отчеты по запросу можно получить так - по умолчанию иметь опцию Email reports отключенной и включать ее непосредственно перед ручной отправкой отчета, после чего снова отключать. Также это можно реализовать фильтрацией на стороне почтового клиента (сервера). Письма с результатами сканирования имеют тему "Kaspersky Malware Scan Report <имя пользователя>", отчеты отправляемые по рассписанию или после детекта (если включена опция When threat is detected) имеют тему "Kaspersky report <имя пользователя>". Более точечная настройка отправки почтовых отчетов доступна в премиум продуктах компании.
  19. Hallo, een kennis van mij zegt als hij via Kaspersky veilig bankieren gebruikt bij Rabobank kan hij alleen betalingen verrichten naar personen die in zijn adresboek staan? Hij gebruikt Kasprsky Standard. Is daar iets van bekent? Bart Manders

  21. After going through since last 1 years, I am quite fedup with Kspersky Total Security. It blocks almost every website, including its own pages with the following message. Tried all possible suggestions seen on forum and nothing works. Can I get some assist in fixing this? So fed up that after many years thinking of chucking Kaspersky for good.

Hola, Desde el foro no podemos ayudaros en estos casos, tienes que abrir ticket de soporte en my Kaspersky o en la tienda web en la que estas realizando la compra, para que lo revisen. ¿Que navegador estas utilizando (Brave)? Prueba con Chrome (u otro navegador distinto al que hayas usado) por si te esta bloqueando algo. Saludos
