As tittle, actually I just purchase today as trial but your only VPN server for Taiwan seems cannot let me watch Netflix Taiwan when I use Windows 8.1 desktop with Chrome browser, so is there any other available VPN server or suggestion? Otherwise this VPN has no value for me…. Thanks

Hello, I am currently living outside the US and would like to watch some channel from Locast which is a local channel online broadcast service. But even when I set my Kaspersky VPN with any of the US locations, Locast still says I am outside their market area. I would like some help with this issue. Hi, NRK has blocked vpn when I want to watch from abroad on holiday .. It has worked for a long time until 2 months ago I lost access to NRK, So my friend who has Nordic-VPN and he still gets access to NRK, So I'm wondering if you can update servers so we can access? If you can not, then I would be surprised to cancel your subscription with you and get me Nordic vpn instead.

I bought Kaspersky KIS to use VPN which is bundled. They forgot to tell buyers the VPN is pathetic and doesnt work. In over a week i have only managed to connect once and it was appallingly slow. 99.9 % of attempts to start VPN fails. WTF is your problem Kaspewsky? Too fkn cheap to supply VPN as promised with your 1920s servers hidden away in Crimea somewheres? Considering a refund and ditching this service.

Hello Forum members, I am in Germany and have purchased the Secure connection VPN subscription for viewing my Indian contents in my devices. But the connection does not seem to be establishing to any of the streaming platforms. Previously, I have watched them with different VPN providers (both free and paid) and have had no problem viewing it. Not just the streaming platforms, but I am not able to see anything related to India. The main purpose of my subscription was to view these contents and if I am not able to see it, I dont understand the point of it. Please help me out in this regard.

Hello! I just bought Kaspersky VPN beacause I want to play the Deadpool game on Steam. To do that you have to be connected to the Ukranian servers. When I proceed to connect to the servers with my VPN the game does not want to start. Are you not able to connect to other servers to do that type of things?

Hi all, I have been using Total Security for 12mnths without any issue, but just this week installed Kaspersky VPN. I have found that 2 Photoshop plugin products Topaz Impression2 & Luminar AI both freeze on splash screen when VPN is enabled & refuse to launch. If I disable VPN, they launch normally. I dont see anywhere in VPN to manage applications, however in Total Security I have ensured that Topaz, Luminar & Photoshop are all marked as Trusted. Any idea what the issue is and what I can do to make it work?

Okay, so I have downloaded Kaspersky VPN and have a license. How do I actually go about using it to watch series, movies etc?

I installed the software (2.9.0.60) about two weeks ago on my iMac (11.4). Since then, my mac has gotten very slow browsing the internet. The problem is most noticeable when going to a new websites. But it also effects other apps, like spotify, that are net dependent. All non-net dependent activity is fine. I was looking for a troubleshooting guide for this, but did not find one. I have rebooted several times, no effect. What next?
