KSOS with 7pc+7mobiles+7password manager, says I can't activate on fifth PC. Why?

today i bought kaspersky small office solution with 7pc+7mobiles+7password manager, i used only 4 pc's and 1 moblie and it say the serial already in use for the fifth pc. Why? I should have two more. Please help!

wrong - license for seven devices. respectively 4 PC + 1 mobile = 5 devices

then why they sell it as 7 cause when i see it check the picture please 7 pc 7 mobiles 1 file server please check again
