i am getting numerous requests to change my passwords in my password manager.Are this legitimate requests

Hello, I turned on sync feature today and all sites lost their credentials. Now I'm only left with a list of sites without credentials. Is there an automatic backup somewhere on the system so I can try to restore the database before the incident? This is what it looks like right now:

I have been using Kaspersky software for many years. I currently use Kaspersky Total Security and Kaspersky Password Manager. For many of my links, I want the page to open in a Protected Browser page, which has been working very well all along, until recently, when one of my financial links stopped opening a Protected Browser window. Try as I might, I cannot get that link to open a Protected Browser window again. I use Win-10-64 and Google Chrome, and have used them for years with no problems, as well. Please try to help me with this issue. All my other important links open a Protected Browser window as usual. In advance, many thanks. Stay safe, and be well.

This happens on any browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), if you have the Kaspersky Password Manager enabled (even if you didn’t authenticate yet), it will be impossible to navigate any website related to the Unreal Engine or Epic, eg.: https://www.unrealengine.com https://forums.unrealengine.com/ because the scrollbar will disappear and you will be unable to scroll using the mouse wheel or the keyboard. If you completely disabled KPM on a browser then you will be able to navigate those websites as expected.

Getting annoying console error when KasperSky password manager extension is enabled. Password Manager Version: 5.0.3.12 Firefox version: 81.X ( having the same issue in older version too)

I have had to change various ‘accounts’ because my hosting has changed. I had one login for cPanel with a port address and various other on the address for user email accounts. As soon as I changed these KPM amalgamated the two blocks, stripping out the post address, and now since I had no record of that i can’t log back in to cPanel. There is no way that KPM should be amalgamating accounts WITHOUT ASKING. This is NOT acceptable programming.

There is no way to create a new password directly in the folder. If you click on a folder, a menu appears. But Add entry only allows you to select passwords that have already been added. First you need to create a password. Then add this password in the folder. Why can't I open the menu on a folder and create a new password in it?

KPM does not autofill user id on Amazon IOS APP. I have a KPM entry for the Amazon web site and after I manually enter my email address for the user ID, KPM does prompt and autofill the password. KPM works pretty well with most of my IOS apps but for some reason does not work for Amazon. I opened a ticket with Kaspersky support but their first response was the typical please provide additional information. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hello, I have Kaspersky password manager premium v9.0.2.6076 on my main laptop (with (KIS 21.1.15.500 (b). For about a month now, each time I log out of facebook, KPM re auto fills my username & password & logs me back in again. When I log out again, I stay logged out (although KPM again auto fills facebook, but at least I stay logged out). This also happens on my other laptop which also has KPM installed (which is synced to my main laptop). On both laptops, I’m using Firefox v88.0.1 & Edge v85.0.564.51 (chromium) This happens on both browsers on both laptops. I was using KTS20, and the password manager (PM) wouldn’t open. Today, I uninstalled KTS20, rebooted and installed KTS21 along with PM. The PM now opens in Windows 10 Home Admin Account and works perfectly (as far as I can tell). However, it still won’t open in Windows 10 Standard Account. So, before getting into all the GSI stuff, is there something I’m not doing or need to be doing to get it to open in the std account? Thanks

Just a thought/idea on how to make KPM a little more user friendly and easier to use. Giving the ability for users add/choose icons and or colours for folders. This would allow very quick reference just by looking rather than reading the folder name. Having the folders display in all the individual categories like: “websites, bank cards, ect” rather then only show in the “all entries” Tile view: On a 15.6” laptop screen, you are only able to fit “two rows for a maximum of 10 tiles”, please make the “size of the folder icons smaller” so a user is able to see a whole lot more. Hi, i switched from Lastpass to KPM, and on some sites the KPM isn’t working, I’m using Edge browser. Are there any problems with Edge and KPM? Any info would be nice. Thnx. regards Andrej

windows 10 pro 64 bit 2004 comp. 19041.388 KPM 9.0.2.5376 (k) / 1593510272_6509 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1 (Firefox extension installed) Firefox 79.0 64 bit (Lockwise disabled, AdBlock Plus, KPM and KP enabled) My KPM suddenly stopped autofilling login and password for some sites and for other fills only password or only login. After deleting the entry in KPM for this problematic pages KPM does not prompt for saving the login and password.

Someone could explain to me why a company like Kaspersky that work for the security online dont have a two-factor authentication in the Password Manager. I have tried different password managers and they all have this option inside for 100% protection. Maybe I missed something. How I can be sure that nobody entry in my password manager without two-factor Authentication!

I downloaded a free trial version of Kaspersky Total Security and a Password Manager together with it. When I want to add an entry for some program, only Skype and Steam are shown. That’s ok, but I can’t add more programs by clicking the button “Обзор” on the right side, see the screenshot (I have a Russian version, I guess it will be something like “Browse” in English). When I click it nothing happens. Same thing with adding PDF files to encrypt them. Is this because of a trial version? What could be the reason? Thanks for the help.

Hi, I just installed Password Manager 9.0.2.5376 on my new Windows 10 laptop, but autosave and autofill are not working. (They worked perfectly on my old laptop.) On the General tab of the UI, under Autosave and autofill, Logins and passwords is selected. The Password Manager extension is correctly installed and enabled in all my browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge). I cannot get autosave and autofill to work, and I cannot find a solution online. Please help!

When you have multiple accounts for a website saved in the Kaspersky Password Manager and you try to login to the site. You see on the top of the list the newest Account and at the end of the list the older account that you made. Personal for me it would be better, of the list would not be sorted by the Date of making the accounts, in stat it would be better if it would be sorted by the use of the accounts. I don't know if this would be just an improvement for me or for more of you guys, please give me feedback how you like the idea?

Hello, So I’m trying to figure something out and I can’t seem to get it figured out. So I’ll explain what I’m trying to do. The Master Password manager has a great auto fill feature. I like this, makes things simple and easy. What I’m trying to do is, I log into a specific site (charge card company), I use Password Manager to put in my one account, it goes to another page and ask for security question and then i select the option of this is a ‘private device - Y/N’. I select ‘yes’. Then I go to the final page and put in my password and log into the account. Because I selected ‘yes’ for private device, I can now continue using username/password as Password Manager auto…

Hi guys, has been a while that PM extension for google chrome is returning the same website, despit in which URL I am in. For several websites the Passaword Manger read it as "premier.tickesforfun.com.br”- this isn't a login page, I can't change in anyway and if I try to save it return an error. Also I need to cancel several times to make the window dissapear. This is happening in my two laptops(personal and profissional) and it's quite annoying as I can't automatically save new passwords. What should I do to fix this issue? Thanks in advance
