I’m using MS-Windows and I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware. Then KI notified it prevented MBAMService.exe to access the memory of other processes. (1) Does it mean A-R not working? Despite the notification, A-R is working properly? (2) Is there some procedure to allow A-R? Or KI is not compatible with A-R? --- I don’t install Malwarebytes suit itself. Only A-R. I added A-R to exception list to allow behavior of it and its children, but the same. I have tried multiple times, but full scan is not completed at all. i Have even uninstalled SW and reinstalled SW , however the SCAN was never completed fully and SW gets hangs . Hello, I have Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.0.829 and macOS 10.14.6. KIS is having the default installation configuration. I have installed Microsoft Edge for Mac 77.0.235.22 (beta). I have tested the KIS's web filter using this resource https://www.eicar.org/?page_id=3950. If you download using the secure, SSL enabled protocol, Edge manages to download successfully the eicar_com.zip file. This should not happen. If you do this with Chrome, KIS's filter blocks the download attempt. I would assume that the KIS's filter should be an always on man in the middle no matter what application/script makes web traffic. Thank you!

Now I have moved to a different country (Country B) but the region stays the same (Country A) on my account. For the past day or so Kaspersky has continuously detected ‘Tojan.Multi.GenAutorunLnkFile.a’ within appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\recent\automaticdestinations. Is this a false positive or a genuine issue because it’s an almost constant cycle of the programme detecting and deleting this file when the PC is in use. I have scanned my whole PC with various products (inc Kasp) and they can find nothing. The application is indicated by Kasp to be Runtime Broker, but the error has also been triggered by Windows Explorer. Any help is appreciated, cheers.

Hello, Last month, I bought a new lenovo ideapad 5 and I have been using KIS with it ever since. However, one thing was driving me nuts, and it was that the computer was overheating and the fan was working like a jet engine in idle / lock screen mode. I even wanted to return the computer even though nothing seemed to be wrong with it. Today, I decided to follow the process and when the computer is in idle and the screen locks itself, obviously Kaspersky is doing something in the background making my computer go crazy. I was able to take a screenshot. What could cause this and what could be the solution. Can anyone help me please?

Though Private browsing and Anti banner is enabled while working in browser It keeps on refreshing and almost becomes impossible to work. Even some time if I try to write something in note pad it automatically keep on writing something in notepad mostly the current date of the system. My MSN account may be in danger of compromise due to personal info that was part of the Starwood hack last year. Already took care of all credit and financial protections. Recently i tried to update Kaspersky Application from Playstore and after update, i restarted my phone and my phone locked and couldn’t unlock my phone using my unlock pattern. With no option to unlock, using my kaspersky account, i tried lock and locate option so that i can unlock using my code. After lock and locate option is pressed and Kaspersky locked my phone and not option to enter code or no unlock option available and screen is in same “Device is Locked” position, not moving to any other screen even if i swiping up or down or left or right. Please help me on this issue and i dont want to wipe out my data.
