Windows update error 80070103 [Moved] [Closed]

I am getting windows update error 80070103 after updating my system from windows 8 to 10. Is anyone else facing this kind of error code Can anyone provide me with a valid way to fix and recover it. Rodion Nagornov: external link had been deleted
