Hi, welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Try this,uninstall Kaspersky, reboot device, reinstall Kasperksy, enable anti-theft, open Kaspersky settings, then open anti-theft GO TO MY KASPERSKY. Also maybe turn on one of your computers on then go to Kaspersky Online Portal, you should be able to see if Kaspersky from mobile device is trying to connect to the Kaspersky Portal. Also you can contact Kaspersky Support for more information. https://my.kaspersky.com/
