Kaspersky Internet Security

This has been an issue with older versions, and for a bit there it seemed patched, but yet here we are once again. I am using Mozilla Firefox as my main browser, I am also currently using Internet Security ver. 21.3.10.391 (b). I am constantly signed out of my Google accounts and it is a pain considering I have multiple gmail addresses for various needs, and multiple times a day I have to re-sign into every one of these accounts. In the past users were told to upgrade to the new “fixed” version of Internet Security, which like I said, worked for a bit until the newer versions created this issue yet again. Hello since a few days that programm opens this popup and asks for a password. this happens with different files and folders. i doesnt matter what i click, the popup will come back. how can i disable that popup ?! Thanks

Kaspersky asked me autorization to update dropbox. I have accepted. However the installation did not go well (failed with no explanation). Now the situation is the following : 1) no dropbox in place, (file dropbox.exe deleted) 2) I cannot install dropbox; I have downloaded the dropbox install program but it refuses to run even when run as administrator. 3) I cannot uninstall dropbox as no longer existing ... I even uninstalled kaspersky and reied again to run dropbox install ... no success. Did someone experinced the same ? Bernard

I notice that real-time scanning of malicious test files does not appear to occur for .zip files or DMG files. Why is that?

hello, i have a total of 6~7 devices and it’s an odd number for existed the plan which is 10 devices, I know i can buy 2 separated license to fit all the device in but because of the price difference stopped me. there more devices a plan is the cheaper it will be, and yes I’m a cheapskate and trying to figure out how to save more, and i know there’s other antivirus product out there with the price cheaper than kaspersky. Buenos días, quisiera saber cuales son las diferencias fundamentales en cuanta a protección entre Kaspersky internet Security y Kaspersky security cloud, cual es mejor ? y si en cuanto a los términos de tiempo de expiración, todas las licencias ofrecen la opción de que si tienes derecho para varios a equipos, y por ejemplo solo lo utilizas en uno se extiende al total de días que tenías derecho sumando todos lo equipos. I’m going to update KIS 2019 to v. 2020 (hoping it’s solved the bug about firewall rules and the impossibility to add new apps to subgroups) but I’m not so sure that the exported config file from 2019 (*.cfg) will be accepted by 2020 version keeping unchanged my (many) settings. Hello, I have this problem I offered access at my device-laptop to Kaspersky, but I didn't know that means access like administration's rights, now I don't have available my right of administration. I have all the firewall of, internet access denied and after that to solve this situation I made uninstall the program.... how could I solve this issue? A friend was recently scammed by buying a puppy from starpuppies-au.com - the site has now been closed down by the people hosting it. Do not understand how a Google Search still shows the website with a Kaspersky Green Shield Tick against it as a Safe Website 48 hours after being taken down. OK, no more scamming on that site but it does detract from the inferred comfort that Kaspersky has checked and found website to be safe. There needs to be a clear warning what Kaspersky means by Safe Website.

Hi, has anyone met the problem? Today I reinstalled my computer (windows system), instead of “keeping data”, I chose to thoroughly clean my hard drive in the process. After all done, I downloaded Kaspersky and installed it, then I met two failures: One, I remembered that prior to formatting my computer, I registered Kaspersky account after I purchased the product and received the license code, which meant my Kaspersky account did not record my license. Second, I couldn’t found the email sent by Kaspersky with the Activation code in it. I think I deleted that email by accident. Is there any way that I can get back my Activation code?

So today i saw a notification that my Database isn’t updated and i tried t manually to update it this evening. As i tried to updated it several times i saw that it stopped and failed at 21%. The fail error just said “Failed to update” Can anyone help me with it/had the same problem? Hope you all have a great day.

I have a canon IR ADV 400 printer/scanner and have installed the full software set including the Canon Network Scanner tool. I cannot get the scanner to work with Microsoft Fax and Scan with Kaspersky running or when i reboot it breaks the connection. I looked through all the settings and changed the network to trusted. Looking for some assistance in getting this resolved. Product is Kaspersky Internet Security on Windows 10 Pro. Thank you

hello, i downloaded malware[eicar-test file] from a zip file. normally kaspersky would instantly delete it but this time the zip file was marked as save even it wasent. so i runned the malware in the zip and it got deleted. but the question is, why is kaspersky no longer scaning the containment of zip files?

Apple support has told me that they can't help me any further in regards to getting Itunes to recognize my phone as my security software is blocking the connection to recognize my iphone 11 Pro max. How do I fix this when all my setting say it is is allowing itunes? Thanks

Hey, I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 on my Windows 10 laptop for a few months but this week the same program stopped working. I tried reinstalling the program again. It has been installed but no shortcuts created not even in windows start menu but present in Program Files x86 folder. I tried to launch the program from the same folder but nothing happened not even a single message or screen displayed. Thanks in advance.
