KIS for android and the alarm does not ring

Somebody have a similar problem?

I noticed that few times (maybe 2x per month) i set alarm in my phone and morning does not run hm…

Last i heard this might caused by antivirus or cleaning software (dont have cleaning software)..

wierd is that alarm icon is still showing as set alarm but not runing morning hmm…

Do you set phone in “Message - Do Not Disturb Mode” or Enter the silent mode of the phone during a certain period of time?

Hello, 

I dont use do not disturb... But silent mode (no sound no vibration is acitavted)... Always doing like that and few times is a problem...
