Hello community! Basically i have this problem (https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-internet-security-13/keyboard-does-not-respond-win10-chrome-13457) but i don’t want to reset my computer. In “Sign in” forms where you have to type a password, the keyboard stops working after i click on the password field and submit the form, so i can’t type anything. The solution is open another page with a form and then click on any field so i can use the keyboard again. I have the same problem with 2 computers, i bought Kaspersky Internet Security for 3 devices. Here the info about the computers. When I double click to open my Kaspersky Internet Security Program I get an error message that states: “error in graphics drivers occurred” When I press OK, it shuts the program down. This just started a few days ago and I cant figure our what is going on as everything was working fine before. Any suggestions as to a fix?

Hello, While browsing the internet last night, I received 12 notifications that Kaspersky Internet Security had blocked a network attack. Each entry in the log has a different port number. The attacking IP appears to be the same IP as my router. Under the results tab, it says “detected object is added to exclusions.” I have seen other posts here where this sort of thing can be a false positive. Is it likely that is the case here, or could this have been an actual port scan attack?

I am using WSL2 on Win 10. Whenever there is a system reboot, WSL2’s virtual network adapter disappears from network center in control panel. It’ll appear again and connect to a network when WSL2 is launched. KIS doesn’t remember when an adapter functions like this. There is also no way to add/match this adapter to exclusion. I have to select ‘it’s a trusted network’ whenever i reboot and use WSL2. Would be nice if: I can make KIS know this adapter only spawns after i launch WSL2 after reboot. or, i can turn off “confirm my action for next 30 minutes” altogether or, there is exclusion rule to configure in KIS

Hi, my domain, email.crm.agentlocator.ca has been flagged by kaspersky internet security. We use the domain for sending emails, and when clients try to redirect to links from the email, they get kaspersky warning. Hello, My Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 is due to expire in 18 days, and on my computer how this happened I don’t know, but it upgraded to some components of 2020 and I tried to uninstall and go back to 2019 and it didn’t return to the whole 2019 version. I did have it set so that it wouldn’t install to next version, and on my husband computer it is still the 2019 version. I recently bought a laptop. I use……. all the time. As I always use the internet, I can be a victim of cyber attack. I've used Kaspersky on my previous computer before. But it had an optical drive. When I tried to purchase something on an online store via paypal, it will open a new protected browser page (green box one) to do the transaction in paypal account but after that it will not return to previous checkout page or finalization page of the merchant site. Yet, my bank will send me a massage that a payment is done in paypal immediately. However, there is no transaction record on paypal or order placed in merchant site. Hello, I develop desktop software. My software has updates funtionality. I call installation (.exe) from my custom code with /qn parameter for installaing updates. When intallation is run the following error occures: The following applications should be closed before continuing the install. When installing the same application not from my custom application (but by clicking .exe) and without /qn flag no issues occur. We have a SaaS (web app) that uses Froala YSIWYG HTML Editor, but users with Kaspersky Internet Security since 2020-05-11 cannot use this feature, as it is blocked by KIS. What could be happening? After update Kaspersky Internet Security(KIS) on Mac Catalina, we got a issue. The new KIS windows with “Starting ...” message appear, and but it closed automatically after 15 sec passed. After that same windows appear and disappear again. These cycle repeats forever. I did re-install KIS, but problem still exists. Thanks, Hisakazu

Hi Support team, I install "age of Empires Definitive Edition" game. It is always update sync data. some days ago when Kaspersky ask to me block URLs with reason https. I don't know It is sync data of game. Now, The game can't be sync data. If I turn off Kaspersky then It can be sync data. My question How Can I delete all untrustworthy URLs on my PC? I already use a password manager so have turned off password protection, onscreen keyboard & secure keyboard input but still the key, and sometimes its not even in the right place, sitting near the facebook search box

In KIS 21.1.15.500, reports are more difficult to understand than in KIS 2020, where they were read clearly. This is irrespective of the version and it was present in earlier versions also. Rest most of the period the laptop runs very smoothly, as windows provides updates monthly. Hello, I was checking my Adguard Home Traffic, and then find out a weird domain called “fun-cc,azurewebsites,net” was trying to connect to the internet from my computer IP. I have blocked the domain, but I still couldn't figure out which software/applications were trying to connect to this domain. I believe it's malware. So with Kaspersky is there any way to check (probably with network monitor or application manager), which application is trying to connect with this specific domain? I am using Kaspersky Version: 21.3.10.391 (g) Windows 11 (Up to Date)
