Kaspersky Internet Security

I am starting a new thread because my original post is not being answered. The problem is again, is that I have “Kaspersky Standard” on my PC. However, when I go to renew, it has only one option which is Kaspersky Plus. How can I renew this as I only have a week? Can you at least point me where “Standard” is available, and I'll just start fresh buy buying it there? Is Plus being encouraged?

Recently I set my wifi connection as "metered" in my new PC and since then Kaspersky stop updating automatically,Now it was two days and no automatic updates,I need to know whether this is normal or not, If it is a normal from Kaspersky I think it's a weird setting of Kaspersky why stop automatic updates if wifi set as metered,update files not more than 1-2 Mb,

I just want to use my activation key i.e "[Key removed]" on other system but when i activate other system then it show you have exceeded maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code. So please reset again that code and allow me to activate that code on other system.

Have Kaspersky Internet Security, 20.0.14.1085 (g) Have attempted to set up all Canon applications on computer to be approved software in Kaspersky but so far have not been successful. Try to connect with protection on and the camera continues to search for the connection and never connects. Try to connect with protection paused and camera connects promptly. Perhaps a new version of Kaspersky was loaded recently that has caused this problem because a few weeks ago this problem did not exist. Appreciate any help here.

Earlier this month my W10 PC upgraded itself to KIS 21.2.16.590(b), largely without a problem, but I can no longer view some web server statistics. These are in the form of Javascripted-visual graphs of web traffic that are embedded in a webpage. All I ever see is Loading..... but they never load. Sometimes this locks up my browser. I use Firefox by default so I tried three different web browsers on my PC, all with the same result, so it isn't the browser blocking the graphs. Kaspersky Internet Security gives me warnings about some .js files archived in a second hard drive - see attached list. I cannot find the files in the e-mails location indicated by Kaspersky. Are these files dangereous? How can I find and I delete them?

After updating Firefox to v 72: Every time I try to access web from Kasperski Money Safe. with Firefox as default browser. Firefox tells me I am trying to use an older version of itself and to create a new profile. Which means all my bookmarks and history etc. are missing in the new profile. I have used about:profiles and found the old browser but it does not open into Money safe. Even when I set a new profile the same thing happens next time I attempt to access the web. I have reset browser default to other browsers but still Firefox persists in Kasperski Internet Security. Any help gratefully appreciated. Thanks

Hello, Please can somebody here assist me with this case ID INC000015013577.Please check I needed a reset of my activation code. Support simply refused to help even though i sent the invoice as proof of purchase. Now they sent my an email that my case is solved but it is not. Hi All, I am working with my PC which is unattended and out of easy access, its stopped pinging back, although it can be accessed by the likes of teamviewer. So I jump on, by TeamViewer and RemoteUtilities, and ask kaspersky to pause protection. Click the button - a grey box comes up, though I can't remember the exact message, but its basically a validation box, like Kaspersky's own UAC bux, telling me it wants me to verify that I am asking it to do these things, and not a malicious process. Hi! Back in 2018, I have purchased an activation code for KIS (5 devices / 2years) Since then, I only actually used 3 out 5 device allowance. Now, I need to install KIS on another device and I see that latest KIS version is 2020 Is it possible to download and activate KIS2020 with my old (valid) key? I still got few months remaining. Or do I need to find an older version of KIS e.g. 2018 or 2019? In other words - is KIS license valid for all latest versions? For example, if I was to buy a 2yr license now and within those two years I can also download and activate KIS2021 / KIS2022 and so on? Thanks in advance

178 days left on my license and a happy Kaspersky user for over a decade, and still am. But it is going to be removed from all our machines today. The balance of risk of using this product has changed overnight. Just to say a big thanks to the experts on the forum for helping me and others like me over many years. One final question - what is the best method of removing every trace of this product from my machine? Thanks.

So I have recently installed Kaspersky internet security on my computer, after the install it detected some trojan (nyss.exe, process1.exe) and asked to disinfect and reboot. which I did, now when I want to view reports it just hangs at the report windows with some overlapping UI elements, I tried everything cleanup disk defrag troubleshooting etc. , quick scan hasn’t detected anything and full scan would apparently take 20+ hours, which I don’t have, I even cleared the reports then at-least the report window didn’t freeze, but as soon as I got one log(update log) opening that tab immediately freezes the window, I don’t know what to do now. And some weird things also happ…

Just as the title says, and in order to login normally, I have to pause protection. This only happens on the laptop I'm using at work, but it doesn't happen on the PC I use at home. I tried adding the app to the exclusion list through "Manage exclusions", but to no avail. I tried adding it to the trusted list through "Specify trusted applications", it doesn't do anything when I click ok the first time after adding the app, but when I click it again, KIS crashes and restarts . The error message is attached for more info.

Hello, I have a copy of Kaspersky Internet Security 2021, activated for one year. I want to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11, but I encountered a problem, which is that the option to upgrade together keeps applications and files. I cannot just delete all files and applications. Here I have a question. If I upgrade Windows together, delete files and applications, can I restore Kaspersky with activation without problems??

Internet Security throws me out of full view of some games during updates and rootkit scans. I tried to avoid this by putting said games to exceptions twice, to no avail. I also made sure the “Gaming Mode” of Kaspersky was ticked - since this is standard option, there was nothing to be done. I stopped root kit scans for now, but this is no long term option and no solution at all! So if anyone has other ideas of how to make Kaspersky stop interrupting my gaming sessions I’m happy to hear it.
