Database has not updated for more than 18 hours.

Good Day.

I already contacted technical support and no one helped me, they said they didn't have that information.

Although this is known to happen, this is the first time for me that this big delay in the distribution time of the database and the local time (CET-1) has happened.

Any colleague in the community can let me know if he is in the same situation as me or not.

I use KIS 21.3 (j)

Thank you very much for any clarification.

@JPEKaspersky You are frequently creating topics which contains Databases not updated. Still and same solution.. Sometime was not released new update sometime 4x per day depends on many situations in world. Also when you create any topic before please check log in your detailed report and there look for error etc.

Hello @JPEKaspersky nobproblem but First look into logs or any error message and then create topic here. It is better and saves time.
