Using win10 pro 64-bit and kis 21.3.10.391 (b). As of today, all Outlook 2019 message bodies are blank. Am able to copy the email message body but it is not visible in outlook 2019. The task body is also blank. Updated the 1050ti drivers to the latest version, no difference. Can you please assist?

Windows 11 22H2 Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(j) There are a lot of PRC*.tmp files in the above folder. I have been unable to obtain access to delete them. Any ideas, anyone?

I've used KIS since about 2014. I assume it's doing a great job, but renewal is usually very messy. This year no different. My KIS 2018 expires this week. I have tried to block "automatic renewal" because I don't want the three-device version (I bought KIS for three devices in 2017 for €39.99, now it costs €93.95). So, I tried to block "automatic renewal" by writing to technical support and got an email saying the license would not be renewed. Hi everyone, I downloaded the startup.exe file from the Italian site and found two things: 1) doing the scan with virustotal clamav detects it as Win.Virus.Sality-6812328-0. I guess it's a false positive. I don't always scan the files I download from the total virus but this time I did it out of curiosity and this was the result. I wanted to investigate further and other setups of other antivirus vendors have similar problems. Not all and not all with the same engines. Some are perfectly clean. I have just tried to do a google search while in the safe money browser however the letters that I typed did not resemble the letters that appeared in the search bar! Complete jargon. I recently did a full scan and found 2 trojan ransom ware files on my computer which I naturally deleted. Could this have interfered with my computer and is there any chance that they are still there hiding somewhere? I don’t know how long these trojans were on my computer because they were only picked up when I did the full scan which is a bit of a worry. I have my suspicions on how they got on my computer.

Hello, with the recent results from AV-comparatives showing a big difference between cloud and offline protection, i was wonderinh if Disabling KSN would cause any impact in detection rates. According to my reaearch and understending, disabling KSN would make me not send any samples for kaspersky and be dependent of the regular signatures updates, that always happens after some hours. I would not have the beneffit of instant access to the last AV signatures. But that would only mean a few hours delay between my signatures and KSN signatures. Correct? So, i have a few questions: 1)Disabling KSN would have any other impact? 2) I would loose access to cloud signatures?…

I have been using KIS on a very old Windows 7 PC for many years and built up a long list (maybe 60) of sites to protect in Safe Money. That machine is totally dead now and I have a new one with Windows 10 and 1TB SSD storage. I installed KIS onto it and connected the old HDD as simply additional storage. I can see the entire file structure of KIS on the old HDD and am hoping that the list of protected websites is held in a file that I can somehow incorporate into the new installation on the SSD. Any ideas please?

I have set the action to perform action automatically in file antivirus and other components and in the operating mode also. But when KSN detects a threat , there is a popup asking the user to decide between disinfection and advanced disinfection. I wanted to suggest adding the automatic option for this security feature also. I am using KIS 21.3.10.39 in windows 10 pro.

Safe money has been very slow on every bank site I access. When I access bank sites without safe money, I can navigate normally. This shows that the problem is in fact safe money. Please correct the problem as it is making it impossible to use safe money. To download a PDF, for example, it has taken a long, long, long time. And accessing the same site, without the safe money, I have been able to download normally.

Hello. I am having trouble about this TROJAN.WIN32.MINER.gen . I tried to resolve it but when i click resolve, nothing happens. It shows a loading circle for 2 or 3 seconds. thats it..nothing appears. I checked other questions and comment. I even went to safe mode and deleted every items from folders “windows/temp” and “AppData\Local\Temp”. And tried to remove it but it doesnt work. Please help me with this. How can i fix it?

Hello, I’ve received this link to a Google Drive containing some files that I’d like to download. When KIS is active I am unable to download any files. I’ve tried to add the link to Web-Inti virus URL exception, but I’m only able to download files from the Drive if I disable Kaspersky for a few minutes. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you

I know this is not a technical question but I don't know where else to ask. I have over a year's worth of time left on my 2-year 3-computer KIS license but I am about to acquire a 4th computer. If I buy a 5-computer license, will lose that remaining time I paid for, or will the new 1 or 2 years worth of license get added to my current 3 computers?

I don’t know when this happen, I guess after a Windows 10 update or Kaspersky one. Usually when I want to scan for virus in a file, just right click a file and click scan for viruses. But none of the Kaspersky app context menu appear when I right-clicking a file after the update (which I forgot Windows one or Kaspersky).
