Hello, As it known, Kaspersky has been removed from Google's Play Store. The announcements made indicated that Kaspersky would still remain available on other stores, including Samsung's Galaxy Store. However, I cannot find the app on Samsung's Galaxy store either. Is there an explanation for this? Thanks in advance!

I have Kaspersky Standard on an old PC. It auto updates and when it does my PC virtually grinds to a halt. I can't see a stop button on the user interface; is there any way to stop the update when I need to?

Noticed Kaspersky Standard received 2024 annual update to a newer version but as always comes the decision of removing or changing security parameters and components, few users used to trust. I've noticed in privacy column where used to be Antispam component. It no longer exist. Message readings on welcome security display have changed once again to something does not ensure safety. In my opnion repeating 'Main protection components are running/are active' ( My KS is another language ) but at least was giving me comfort to know all protection, security functions and components are running actively. Kaspersky is telling me my "Databases extremely out of date", when I hit update, it goes to 100% but doesnt update and still tells me Databases extremely out of date. How do I fix this ?

I can't even access my account - no links work, and it doesn't load the pictures, I am using a VPN network though which I've always used, surely they wouldn't penalise people for using a VPN by having their page not load Once again it's going to be volunteers who come to the rescue ....

Hello guys, So I wanted to change my UDP and TCP ports on the firewall (I don't have access to my Port Forwarding thru the router admin), but, I only can access my firewall settings thru Kaspersky. Looks like it has been difficult to me to find it and change it. How and where can I change it? Looks like it has been difificult to me to find it and change it. Hello. After installing Kaspersky, I has been unable to use Hamachi again. Every time I join a network, it shows "relayed tunneling" (blue dot). I've tried a bunch of things. Reinstalling Hamachi. Reinstalling Hamachi with Kaspersky unistalled, disable firewall, etc, etc... How I can actually fix this? What can I do? Thank you.

I have installed K+ to my brother's PC after that that pc keep lost network connection while playing COD BO6. K+ was running and KVPN was installed but not running. I did set every net permisions to COD in K+ setting. Windows 11 24H2 / 5600x / 3070ti so I tested COD after shutdown K+ and KVPN COD never lost any network connection. need help

Hi there I don't why but I can't turn on Kaspersky hardware virtualization although I followed all the steps and did everything (I also enabled it in bios). I even turned off Windows Hyper-V and core isolation options (As they're visible in the attached images) and reinstalled Kaspersky but they didn't work neither. I assume that there's conflict or incompatible with new Windows 11 24h2 build. There wasn't any problem with 23h2 but again any solution for this?

Presently using Kaspersky Total Security on few computers. When try to update on some other computers using KTS lic it upgrades me to Kaspersky Plus and not Kaspersky Premium as expected but that's fine. There a few computers that want to continue using KTS. If I purchase Kasperky Plus lic will it work to extend KTS? Thanks.

Hello I have Kaspersky Plus installed, in its latest version. I get a warning that says the databases are out of date. I update it, it connects, the progress is displayed until it reaches 100% and it simply continues to give the alert that the databases are not updated. I use Windows 11, it is up to date. My computer has full internet access. My license is active within the United States.
