Kaspersky Plus Protection Databases are permenately/perpetually out of date.

I have been manually trying to update my database, because Kaspersky Plus is telling me they are out of date. Every time I click update it shows a download occurring and some patch being installed. This process lasts 3-5 seconds every time I click it; however, after every time I "Update" it is still saying that my databases are out of date. When viewing reports, every click has been registered as an "update" and the details of the start and "finished" time are present. No indications AT ALL that something is wrong with the updating process other than the program itself continually telling me that the databases are out of date, despite me initiating and allegedly completing 14 database updates within the last hour.

I would attach the exact update report to my post, but apparently that's impossible, since it's a text file.

I'm from Wisconsin, USA.

I can't seem to paste the file itself into that spoiler box. I right click copied the .txt file and right clicked paste into the spoiler box and nothing has happened. Do you want me to just paste the actual text from the file into that spoiler box?

I have the same problem , click on update database and nothing happens after a few second . Try to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times but lasts only 1 day . I'm from Hawaii , USA . Please help us .

Same thing is happening to me. My updates are always done automatically but its been several days. When I click "update" manually, nothing happens. It just keeps telling me my databases are extremely out of date.
