Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium

I tried to installed the upgrade to Premium not an error occured and the upgrade hasn't been installed. I check with my bank and my credit card was debited, so why this problem? The download also removed Kaspersky Total Security already installed on my computer. Why?

I think it is just alot of "BS" and I want to get Kaspersky back for US Windows 11. Has always worked great for us never had any issues and has been the best Security Suite we have used. The replacement of Ultra AV was not a good fit had multiple issues with its use. I want back what worked better than others, I want Kaspersky Premium Back !!!

Since yesterday I keep getting a prompt from Windows Security to turn on Virus & Threat Protection, today this has happened twice already even though the computer has not been restarted since the first time I turned it on. I've been using this version for several months & this has never happened before.

Kaspersky Plus is creating issues with Microsoft exchange server. When opening outlook it says trying to connect and gets stuck then the mail does not sync. When exiting Kaspersky by stopping it from working, mails work fine.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a reliable source to stay informed about new releases and updates for the Kaspersky Android app, especially since it is no longer available on Google Play Store. I just upgraded to The Premium version for 5 devices, well 4 actually but the option is only for 1,3 or 5 devices. They are my iPhone XS and iPad pro my wife's iPhone 15 and her iPad all are running iOS 18.1.1 My iPhone XS and my wife's iPad have both upgraded the same way and format that is displayed when you open the Kaspersky icon. However my wife's iPone 15 has upgraded but the display format is "missing" the VPN window entirely. When I go into settings the VPN option is showing "on" so assume its on. Can Kaspersky premium application safe browsing feature prevent effectifly session hijacking, cookie hijacking or dangerous javascript triggers, data transfer with malicious website, even if browser settings allow cookies? Can you explain with details please?

The Intrusion Protection area is somewhat confusing. I want to be able to group apps in custom groups and be able to give/take away access to them all at once. The Kaspersky help manual isn't really showing me how. For example, if I make a "Gaming" folder. I put Steam, Gog Galaxy, and some video game apps in the folder. I can configure the folder and make all the apps in the folder be subject to it. So if I grant internet access to that folder, all those apps will have access at the same time (inherit). And so I could customize the folder with all available options; same as double clicking an app entry. Another issue with the current setup is lots of apps …

I love Kaspersky and I'm posting this here because I didn't find any other way of letting Kasperskyk know this, which should be easy to remedy. This warning in my Kaspersky Plus kept torturing me because I thought somebody was hacking my network, or perhaps a neighbor found a way of getting wi-fi on the cheap. I checked my modem and router and changed my passwords a couple of times, until I finally understood. Kaspersky's right hand doesn't know what its left hand is doing. The last time my laptop's name appeared as the "unknown" device. I rarely use it, but it is one of my 3 devices that are registered in Mykaspersky.

On Windows 10 is there a way to keep apps from running in the background and block their network activity, but only when they are not running? When I launch the apps I would like them to run and connect to the internet, and when I shut them down I want them to be blocked from running in the background and connecting to the internet. Also is it possible to block network activity for an app with exceptions? Like when I click on "Check for updates" then it would be allowed to connect. Or even allow it to connect to certain domains always so it can check for updates by itself, but block any other of its attempted internet connections always. ?

Hi I've contacted CS for this, but does anyone having the same issues and know how to solve it? The app is trying to update the database, everytime it updates, the app crashes and then Windows Defender will tell me that Kaspersky has crashed. At the beginning, I did not want to send error report cause I think it contains confidential information about my PC, but since it keep crashing a lot of times, I decided to send it. This last month I've been suffering problems when browsing with Opera and Opera GX, I used Kasperky Total Security before and had zero problems, the problems started just when I installed Kaspersky Premium. It happens that many sites take a lot of time to load, particularly when browsing amazon, the front page can load fast, but whenever I do a search it can take more than half a minute or more. It's been so annoying that I even started to use Google Chrome and recently tried to troubleshoot the problem. I live in the EU, can any one tell me what the situation is with regard to the ban. If it is implemented in the EU which is almost certain then what are the best solutions, given that I won't buy any US product. I am so sick and tired of these petulant little s..theads. I made a mistake when i was renewing by writing an old email that i used almost 10 years ago when i had kaspersky internet security .As a result the renewal went to that old email and not in the premium kaspersky i use in my laptop with a different email.What can i do ?? I have Kaspersky Premium installed with Windows 11 Home which doesn't include Bitlocker. I want to protect a USB Drive with a password and rther than look for third party software I wondered if it was possible to configure it somehow with Kaspersky Vault options?
