В общем, подумали, и решили, видимо, вообще пока убрать эти настройки в 21.21. Можно уже ставить, у меня из аккаунта даже скачивается и вроде TFU запущено. @Maratka Ну и два окна так и присутствует недолго при установке, даже не знаю, есть ли смысл следить за этим дальше. Интересно, что привнесено странное поведение в Управлении приложениями - системные приложения не скрываются (кроме explorer.exe), при отключении их автозапуска нет предупреждения пользователя о попытке такого отключения, только для explorer есть. По крайней мере на W11 24H2 так. Сообщал еще в бете об этом, но так и вышло все в релиз. Да это мелочи, видать, так оно и надобно было. 🙃

Версия KESL 12.1 определена подрядчиком, у них она сертифицирована. Версию агента выбираю я. Поскольку север управления KSC 14.2, то я и агента с соответсвутющей версией пробовал. Но пробовал и klnagent64 15.3, с ним тоже не заработало. Ошибок при старте служб kesl и klnagent64 в системных журналах нет. А что и где ещё можно посмотреть - я не соображу. Подскажите.

Чем обусловлен выбор именно этой версии, а не новее? Попробуйте для установки использовать автономный пакет, созданный с помощью "KSC", например. Вообще, следует изучить статусы служб, системный журнал, может там есть какая подсказка, и/ или собрать файлы трассировок и глянуть оные.

Может быть, но сейчас развитие в плане функций получает именно KSC для Linux.

Есть система Astra Linux 1.7 SE Смоленск (не влючен режим замкнутой программной среды), ядро 5.15.0.70 Устанавливаю по инструкции KESL 12.1.0.1508 (пакет kesl_12.1.0-1508_amd64.deb) - устанавливается, конфигурирую запуском скрипта pl после установки, работает, управляется командами kesl-control, устанавливает ключ, обновляет базы, и т.д.... Устанавливаю по инструкции klnagent64 14.2.0.23324 (пакет klnagent64_14.2.0-23324_amd64.deb) - устанавливается, конфигурирую запуском скрипта pl после установки, работает, подключается к серверу управления KSC (14.2), агент показывает свой статус, видит информацию о системе, реестр программ и др.. А вот про установленный KESL агент видит только версию приложения, статус KESL показыает "неактивно" (хотя на самом деле KESL работает), запустить KESL не может (происходит ошибка запуска), запущенные задачи в KESL вообще не отображает. В чём может быть проблема? Помимо версии klnagent64 14.2.0.23324 пробовал в связке также klnagent64 15.3.0.392. - такая же картина, агент не видит клиента kesl. Пробовал и разный порядок установки kesl и klnagent - не помогает. Что делаю не так?

из описания проблемы не следует что проблема возникла после обновлений. Возможно она была изначально. Поэтому, да, возможна несовместимость. Тем более что поддержка версий MySQL весьма ограничена. Причем мы только предполагаем, что там MySQL. Возможна MariaDB, например.

No I did not install Kaspersky on android. I only recently got the need of getting an android antivirus. Since I already using my current 1 device subscription on pc now I'm thinking of getting another single device subscription for android. Oh cause the cheapest way to accomplish this is by simply getting that 3 device plan. But I already have a subscription and it'd be a waste then. Understood. I bought Kaspersky Premium for one device under the assumption that one device referred to a PC or Mac and you could connect a mobile device for free. (error on my part), and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund either because the 30-day money-back period is over. Correct me if I'm wrong. And after both subscriptions are close to ending (PC and Android), then I can directly purchase a Kaspersky premium licence for 3 devices?

First of all. Kernel mode hardware-enforced stack protection is turned off by default in Windows 11. However, Microsoft recommends users to turn it on if they need… um, I don't know – a little extra protection, maybe. My question is, does Kaspersky have compatibility issues with this optional Windows feature? Or is it okay to turn it on while you have Kaspersky installed? Thank you.

after a year (yes , that's true ) of searching for answers, initially iuninstalled Kaspersky and installed Bitdefender but strangely this still persisted , i was tired and angry and came to the conclusion that Win10 updates were the culprit, this couldn't be Kaspersky I'm not good at computer and may be wrong, but I know that Windows trie to harm users with updates to force them to move to Windows 11, i think i will not move to Windows 11 and will stay with the lovely green radioactive waste bear

No, not without *your* specific authority - specific authority means (you've) formally logged a case with Kaspersky & they are *working-with-you-to-fix-a-problem*, IF that's happening YOU will have agreed to it & will be informed of all steps at all times. In the MyKaspersky account, IF a case has been *formally* logged, that means YOU have created an incident request - a Kaspersky employee will, for example, be able to see payment details for Kaspersky purchases BUT they will not be able to see & OR change your credit card number or sensitive information of that nature. A Kaspersky employee can disconnect a device - but again - would not do so without first telling you & also, would have more than likely told YOU to disconnect the device FIRST - then IF you said 'I can't', the K employee would proceed.
