Then the group disappeared and my contacts blocked me. I was devastated, ashamed, and couldn't sleep. I filed reports with the police and Action Fraude, but they said recovery was almost impossible. For weeks I searched online every night and discovered Alpha Spy Nest, a forensic digital investigations team specializing in cryptocurrency scams. People are lazy, I agree. The possibility of a workaround is irrelevant. I paid for this product before Kaspersky made auto-updates mandatory and non-optional. The bare minimum of good business practice is transparent communication, which they failed to provide by not notifying users of this change. Just because "many AV software is set to automatic" is precisely why a company claiming to be better should not do it. Excellence is defined by rejecting poor industry standards, not adopting them. The fundamental obstacle is that the system prevents the installation of any version prior to the current one, even after a complete uninstall. The failure implies the presence of hidden blockers - registry keys or other remnants - that actively prohibit the installation. I should not have to invest time troubleshooting an issue that is typically the domain of pirated software, not a legitimate product. Consequently, adopting a competing solution is the most logical and efficient resolution.

Спасибо большое!!! Вы мне очень помогли. Много вирусов аж нашла утилита, удалила все вирусы, вылечила. Я установил тот самый Стандарт Касперский. Всё чётко! С реестра даже та папка удалилась KasperskyLab. Реально помогла утилита, я даже не знал про неё вообще.

напишите ответ от техподдержки, наверняка тут у многих не Российская лицензия, и решение должно быть ? з.ы. я сомневаюсь что то, кто захочет покупать российскую лицензию, за конскую цену... з.ы.ы если они будут соблюдать все требования ркн, то впн от Касперского станет бесполезным, банально из-за ютуба!

Вроде все-таки KVRT это должен делать.

Уже неделю нет ответа. Если по другому вопрос поставить. У кого нибудь хоть раз опция "кто за мной следит" как то проявляла себя, указывала на какие либо путешествующие вместе с вами устройства? Или у всех риск низкий, все хорошо.

Thanks for the update. Interesting to know that Kaspersky won't be pushing out a fix. I have two different medium-size clients (50-100 endpoints each) using Kaspersky, and there have been a total of five affected sites between them. Four of the five affected portals are financial services / HR / payroll companies, and only one something else that uses "serious" authentication. Hope the number also remains low for you. А никто не выяснид как включить автопродление, если ты его выключил?

Получилось, все работает. Добавили устройства через скачивание приложения с Рустора и ввода логина и пароля с my.kaspersky

Спасибо. Оформили новую подписку на РФ, но на странице my.kaspersky не можем добавить новые устройства. Кнопка "Скачать" и "Добавить" не активны. Прилагаю скриншоты. Подскажите что делать? Электронный чек и активация подписки пришли на почту.
