I haven't, I treat this as a last resort. Such things shouldn't happen. I've raised a ticket with tech support, and I'm awaiting their response. I suppose it may simply be the same 🤔 BTW - I'm also observing issues with Outlook macros I use and which till the update worked flawlessly. This confirms Kaspersky is to blame here I believe. -

Have You tried to uninstall Kaspersky, and run a clean install again, this time with the new Kaspersky 21.23 installer? -

When I click "Send" Outlook freezes and won't unfreeze. The only solution is to "hard close" it (kill the task), or - in some cases - restarting the program from the dialog. No Kaspersky warning is produced, no relative event in the log. After disabling Kaspersky add-in Outlook is back to normal. Re-enabling makes it crash again. -

Earlier today my Kaspersky Plus got auto-updated to version 21.23.6.614. Since then the Outlook add-in makes Outlook crash every time I send an email. Using Outlook is simply impossible, which questions the Kaspersky's product value for mail security. If relevant, Outlook version is 2510 build 19328.20158. Is this a bug or is there some solution/workaround? -

чтобы ее снять, нужно знать пароль, а он его не знает. Либо пароль мог быть установлен через KSC. Официальный путь - через техподдержку, если у вас есть такая возможность. Неофициальный через правку реестра. В сети можно найти как. - Today

День добрый. "Кто-то" установил защиту паролем. Снимите ее в соответствующем пункте Настройки - Интерфейс. -

У меня на ноуте стояла бизнес-версия приложения, хочу перейти на свою текущую, домашнюю лицензию, для этого надо удалить старое приложение. Пытаюсь удалить, он пишет, мол введите пароль, логин. Вроде ввожу пароль/логин своей учётки, а он не согласен, не хочет идти дальше удаляться. Есть ли какая-нибудь возможность удалить приложение без данных кругов ада? -

What exact version of Windows 10? Do you have it completely up to day via Windows Update, check also Optionals? Last version of Kaspersky is 21.23. -

OS is win10, Kaspersky version is 21.20 While full screen is white, I can move the mousepad, I think system has not crashed, but Desktop disappeared. I also try to kill explorer.exe with taskmgr.exe, then create explorer.exe, this problem didn't solve -

I open some software, then kaspersky popup a window. I don't click OK button immediately. Windows locked the screen after some miniute, I clicked mousepad, but full scrren is white screen, and Desktop disappeared Anybody could tell me how to fix it -

все приложения считают что И об этом не только он пишет. -
Надо удалить расширение и установить его заново через приложение. При этом установится новая версия расширения. Пришлось правда еще перезапустить приложение и браузер и выключить/включить расширение.

Hello, I'm currently trying out Kaspersky's products. However, I have some doubts about CIDR . My requirement is to "block all IPv6 inbound access to my computer", so I filled in "::/0" in the "Remote Address", but it didn't work. Later, I tried filling in "2409::/16" to block IPv6 addresses starting with 2406, and this time it worked. The main issue is that "::/0" didn't work. Could you please take a look and help me? Thank you~ This function is very important to me. -
