Hi! I got a trial subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection with the intention to see how it works with my router before buying. When I visit https://my.kaspersky.com/VPN#/portal/pages/ksec there is no option for routers, though. Is this a limitation of the free account? A country limitation? I live in Sweden, not North Korea. Hello, I would like to know why in the MMC console I can have a view of network attacks from ALL devices on virtual servers, but when using the web console, only events from the administration server device are shown. I need to go to each virtual server to see the events. This also applies to the license usage graphics/charts

Ага, значит все-таки сеть виновата.) Но это не отменяет некоторых проблем с установкой продукта. Думаю, по возможности и при случае лучше его переустановить (удаляя стандартно). И не забыть проверить остатки.

Всем спасибо за помощь! Проблема решилась перенастройкой параметров сети (IP-адрес был выставлен вручную, заменил на автоматическое получение). Касперскому почему-то не понравился такой подход, хотя с другими сервисами проблем не припомню...

Если у Вас версия автоматически обновилась недавно до 21.22 - попробуйте перезагрузить ОС. Я прочитал, что подключались при старте ОС, но выполнялась ли именно перезагрузка - не знаю. Инструмент очистки вряд ли тут мог что-то сломать, хотя всякое бывает. Больше пока не знаю, что предполагать.) Возможно, имеет смысл пробовать переустановить приложение. Если не поможет - обратиться в поддержку с логами GSI и трейсами.

Some what along the same lines is that I recently purchased the new 'Premium' with 10 device protection for 3 years. I've previously held a 2 year, 3 device subscription that is up for renewal. When I tried to renew, is said that my payment information needed to be updated. It's weird because I was able to buy the Premium subscription with the same card. So, it's my understanding that 'Total' security is no longer supported. However, I have 14 more days on that subscription, but can't seem to pull up the new subscription on my app. My old subscription is under my gmail and has both of my parents phones (I downloaded it for them). The new Premium subscription however, is under my other email, but still shows my old subscription as well. I've tried to download the Premium subscription to my phone, but I'm wondering if because it's still logged in under my gmail that it doesn't show my new Premium term OR...as you mentioned, I have to wait until my old subscription expires in order for it to show up on my phone app? It doesn't quite make sense though, because when I bought the Premium, it says it's active as soon as it's purchased...so wouldn't that overwrite the old subscription? I'm sorry if this is all confusing. I'm trying to be clearer, but I'm quite stumped. I can't change my Premium email to the one that has my old subscription either, thinking it would sync both subscriptions on my phone and then once the old one expires, the new one just takes over and 'Total' goes defunct? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, but I don't have multiple tasks of webview2 runtime running all the time!!! The problem is not Kaspersky using the fixed version runtime distro! The problem is that processes shouldn't show up constantly! Kaspersky can use this "duplicate fixed version runtime" but without this kind of side effects (more processes running all the time). Have you read the article? There are 2 distribution modes: 1. The Evergreen Runtime distribution mode 2. The Fixed Version runtime distribution mode In the Fixed Version distribution mode, you download a specific version of the WebView2 Runtime and package it together with your WebView2 app in your app package. The WebView2 Runtime that you package with your app is used only by your WebView2 app, not by any other apps on the client's machine. Pros: You have more control over versioning of the WebView2 Runtime. You know which WebView2 APIs are available to your app, because you control which version of the WebView2 Runtime is available to your app. Your app doesn't need to test whether the latest APIs are present. After such manipulations, you can't be sure of anything at all. We're breaking everything even more.🙂

Благополучно установил бесплатную версию на ПК Microsoft Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 22621 с проводным интернетом 100мб/с, а так же на смартфон. Просмотр Ютуба, и там и там, прерывается каждые 3... 5 минут, подвисает до минуты. Нахожусь в России, СПб, локация одна - Нидерланды. Сайт https://freebitco.in не виден полностью, почему? Если это нельзя устранить, придется отказаться от оплаты.

If we replace the Win10 folder (in c:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AV21.22\Data\Webview2) with a shortcut pointing to the system webview2 runtime folder, we are 100% sure about Kaspersky GUI using the system webview2 runtime and no webview2 runtime processes are spotted in the task manager. This is the way things should work! A closed environment with Kaspersky using its own runtime is completely paronoid. I really hope Kaspersky tech staff goes back on this! Using Fixed Version runtime distribution mode against Bootstrap on-line deployment of webview2 runtime has the side effect of multiple webview2 processes running all the time. This should be reviewed and fixed by the devs to stop all of these processes from showing up! Resource optimization should be a priority! (A security suite should work with the smallest footprint to the system) As a former Microsoft Systems and Data Analyst, I know this can be achieved. Thank you.

Я бы удалил штатно, затем (после перезагрузки) попробовал ремувер в безопасном режиме. Возможно с ключём -nodetect И только после этого, при необходимости пробовал вычищать вручную.

Je pense que c'est le site (en France!) sur lequel j'ai tenté un premier paiement qui est en cause. Je vais tout de même installer la version 21.22.7.466(a) selon tes conseils. 😉

Realmente acabo não dando retorno, vou me atentar mais a isso. Se puder me dizer qual a sua hipótese, porque to achando que não vai desenrolar.

Eu tenho várias, mas nunca sei se deu certo porque toda vez que eu colaboro, são poucos aqueles que dão retorno. Estou vou aguardar o desenrolar.

Нет, не запущен. Более того пробовал подключаться при загрузке системы. Пока значек Касперского в трее не появился, то показывает, после - уже нет. При этом вообще еще никакой браузер не запущен. Если только что-то из автозапуска типа того же яндекса или телеграмма.

Une fenêtre grisée s'ajoute à la fenêtre de paiement dont la roue tourne indéfiniment. Bizarre!! Le commerçant qui détient le site a été informé. Вот здесь, скорее всего, надо искать проблему. Возможно, это произошло из-за отката к точке. Т.е. продукт был удален, затем выполнен откат на точку, файлы продукта частично или полностью восстановились, после чего продукт был установлен повторно, но не совсем корректно. Я с подобным сталкивался. Надо вычищать все, потом устанавливать антивирус заново. Но как это сделать - вопрос, т.к. ремувер ранее зависал и приводил к проблемам. Попробуйте стандартно удалить продукт, потом пройти по папкам в поисках остатков. Я просто удалял эти папки вручную, т.к. другой возможности от них избавиться не было. Только очень осторожно и обдуманно, чтобы лишнего не удалить. Это папки в Program Files (x86), ProgramData. Желательно еще и drivers проверить, но это вообще очень аккуратно. Если решитесь - можно и kavremover попробовать, хотя он мне в такой ситуации не помог. Если будут вопросы по папкам/файлам - пишите лучше мне здесь в личку и приложите скрины найденных остатков, постараюсь помочь.

Данный скрипт у меня тоже не сработал. Ошибку не вспомню, т.к. на момент его обнаружения я уже неделю сидел над такой же задачей. 🙂 Сегодня дописал приложение, которое добавляет хэши SHA256, пути к опасным файлам и имена опасных файлов в существующую категорию, проверяя ее на совпадения. Программа имеет gui для большего удобства и запускается как на Windows, так и на Linux. Написана на Python и использует KlAkOAPI. Здорово облегчит жизнь коллегам, взаимодействующим с ФСТЭК 🙂 Если подскажете, куда можно ее выложить, с удовольствием поделюсь.

Решил узнать перед покупкой. В моей части города мобильного нет с 26 июня, хотя до Киева 4000 км. Где-то читал,что мошенники используют номера не более 2 часов. Значит без сети будет защита только от легальных спамеров, типа провайдеров, предлагающих услуги. t2 иногда выдаёт даже на кнопочном уведомление "возможно массовый обзвон", но меньше, чем в половине случаев. Поэтому вопрос: сможет ли защитить от мошенников при отсутствии сети? P.S. Для подобных случаев можно сделать технологию передачи данных через RDS при наличии встроенного радио. Предлагал подобное NAVITEL лет 10 назад, когда в ходу ещё были аппаратные навигаторы, но не захотели скрестить RDS с смартфонами. Когда-то просил встроить автоблокировку номеров из других регионов, поскольку сомнительные звонки как правило от туда, но не нашёл понимания.
