    Hello everyone , Our customer wants to replace his existing platform Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select . He has already a kaspersky platform containing KSC + Agents installed on workstations . We proposed Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum in order to have advanced functionalities (antivirus + EDR for investigation) . The existing KSC console is not operational and there is no way to migrate the configurations. We would like to know if, when the new Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum platform is acquired, there is a way to automatically detect the devices on which the agent is already installed without having to create these devices at the console level.     Same problem here so I must use VPN or disable K. I think my IPS (VN) block DNS access this page.

    Welcome to Kaspersky Community I have 2 suggestions: 1.- Update Your KFree 21.13 (obsolete) to the last version 21.20 or 21.21. 2,.- And in case the Reddit issue continues, completely disabling Scan of Encrypted connections it's a very "aggressive method", and would lower the product security, so I would create an specific exclusion for that site in Encrypted Connections Scan -> Configure Trusted addresses:

    Со вчерашнего дня появилась проблема: каждые 2-3 минуты выскакивает уведомление от касперского о предотвращении перехода на вредоносный сайт. Определяет как api-torrent.com. Что это может быть? Фоновая активность на компьютере? Полная проверка ничего не находит. Отчёт выглядит так: Событие: Остановлен переход на сайт Пользователь: Тип пользователя: Инициатор Имя приложения: nodejs.exe Путь к приложению: C:\Program Files (x86)\nodejs Компонент: Интернет-защита Описание результата: Запрещено Тип: Вредоносная ссылка Название: api-torrent.com Точность: Точно Степень угрозы: Высокая Тип объекта: Веб-страница Имя объекта: api-torrent.com Причина: Базы Дата выпуска баз: Сегодня, 14.05.2025 3:55:00 Если кто-то сталкивался с подобной проблемой или имеет идеи, как исправить, ответьте пожалуйста

    Hello @Demiad I have done all the required steps and it helped, but it is difficult ot do on all devices having the issue as we are managing devices using KSC. I have also opened a ticket with the KL support. Thanks for the response.

    Здравствуйте. Скачивал программу Kaspersky Premium в формате RPM с сайта лаборатории Касперского и установил на Альт Линукс Рабочая станция к11 с правами администратора. Правда после установки была тишина. Перезагрузил ноутбук и программа появилась. Программа запускается, но не работает. В интернете информации нету. Нашёл на этом форуме, но информация мне не подошла. Больше ничего не устанавливал. Может надо настроенный сценарий выполнить, но как? Помогите пожалуйста. Снимок программы прикрепляю. На сайте Касперского читал про установку, но там нет этого. В интернете ничего не нашёл. Буду рад Вашей помощи. Файл скачивал с сайта Касперского kfl-2.0.0-987.x86_64.rpm.setup

    Adicionalmente, según el mensaje que te aparece es problema de alguno de los sitios webs que visitas que no tiene los certificados válidos/actualizados, quizá los tengan caducados. Saludos

    Buenos días, No se deben reabrir hilos antiguos para realizar tu consulta sino abrir un nuevo hilo para tu consulta. Desconozco en que tienda web has realizado la compra, cual es el producto de Kaspersky, etc... Tienes que abrir un ticket de soporte en mi Kaspersky, o en el soporte de la tienda web que hayas realizado la compra solicitando lo que necesitas, desde el foro no podemos ayudarte en estos casos. Entiendo que tienes que enviar tus datos completos, la información de la compra realizada, tú código de activación, etc.. para que ellos puedan emitir la factura correspondiente. Por los casos del foro solo ocurre en ciertos países (México, Perú, ..). Saludos
