Hum... haz copia de seguridad de tu vault, desinstala desde Panel de Control -> Programas y características. Luego ve a esa C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\ y borra la carpeta del KPM manualmente. Ojo con C:\ProgramData\ porque está oculta, y tendrás que modificar temporalmente las opciones de carpeta de Windows. Ve a C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\ y mira si quedó también otra carpeta del KPM, y la borras. Descarga el instalador de nuevo, e instala, ejecutando el instalador como Administrador (botón derecho del ratón sobre el instalador -> Ejecutar como Administrador). Saludos.

Hello @ThomasM69, Thank you for posting back! 1. To delete all KPM vault - data from Kaspersky servers there's two options - personally - IF we were' in the circumstance (you're) in, we'd do both - at different times. FIRST - Create a new *empty* vault so it *overwrites* the existing vault - this will force-clear all remotely stored data. Read: Create new vault. SECOND - after subscription expiry - delete (your) MyKaspersky account via the Delete account option in (your) MyKaspersky Account Settings: Read: How to delete your account, noting: Deleting account is unavailable if there are active subscriptions, that are managed in the account. There is a THIRD option, manually delete all KPM vault data, then *synchronise* the vault. 2. Because of the ban, all the US support structures changed - IF you need to contact Kaspersky Customer Service / Kaspersky Support, go to: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email. Most of what you need won't be covered in the templates - select a generic template - Application malfunction / Other. Any problems or issues, please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 -

Hello @Jeep16, Thank you for the information! IF there's been no incident-request-number(s) generated & OR received via email, then the logging of incident-requests has not worked. The incident-request-number is generated when the request is submitted - it will show on (your) computer-screen - second image. Go to: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts - select Email - fill in the template - with detailed history / information; the *completed* template should look like the first image; answer the ReCaptcha & the acknowledge the Privacy statement, then select Submit As far as we understand printer-name & OR IP can be used & this is the instruction: "If user add printer address to the hosts file, OS will determine proper IP address without querying local DNS server that is blocked while VPN is on." Try *both* - one may work? Which region are (you) in? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 -

I have never received a reply or incident request, but have gone through the support submission; maybe I am missing something? I just submitted again but no auto response. I have not added the printer to the hosts file. I am using the IP so I don't think it would matter? - Yesterday

Deleting KPM Password Manager Vault

That's for deleting off my local computer. I understand that. I'm talking about deleting the vault off Kaspersky servers. My subscription runs out in 2 months and I can't renew due to US ban. I don't want my password vault on Kaspersky servers forever and I don't want to have to change all my passwords to be safe -

Thanks for this workaround. I added path\to\Tor Browser\Browser\firefox.exe to the trusted applications, and saved the settings. Unfortunately I still get one suggestion every time I start Tor Browser, so this workaround did not work. I also tried to check everything in the dialog (see screenshot), but still one suggestion each time I start Tor Browser.

Why am I having to do this? I've already reinstalled SF18. Does Kaspersky block certain parts of applications from installing? Do I have to go through all my hundreds of apps to make sure they installed correctly? -

На самом деле батники запускают файл winws.exe. А уже он использует драйвер. А если выгрузить антивирус (правой кнопкой на значке в трее - Выход), запустятся? -

Ok you got a point. The only issue that fixed because Kaspersky wasn't running, is the "last file doesn't process". With my last attempt just now (KP not running), all the files processed. I tried both the context menu and the "in house" batch processor. All the issues are still there, whether kaspersky is paused or not, running or not. So now the idea that "Kaspersky corrupted the install" is that a thing? -

I have Kaspersky Premium version: 21.21.7.384. Windows 10 PC, latest update. The issues: - In the SF18 program itself the batch processor runs but doesn't actually do anything to the files. The right click context menu > SF18 batch process: - The pop up dialogue warning for overwriting duplicates itself for every file instead of just once (Maybe I could disable that in the SF18 settings, so it's still a bug from somewhere but ignore that for now). - The last file in a list of files doesn't process. - The tasks don't terminate when the batch processor is done. See here. I blurred out my user paths. The sword is my mouse cursor; hovering over the process gives that tooltip. All those processes are the actual batch script processes, one for each file (as far as I can tell). I can manually kill each process, except for one, that denies access. I tried running process explorer as admin but that process had disappeared. Maybe killing the other processes ended up killing that one. This not normal. Sound Forge is mature; they've been in business for like thirty years. I can't find anyone on their forum or elsewhere that is having this same issue with the batch processor. I've tried the kaspersky taskbar menu: "pause protection" and then doing batch processing, but still doesn't work. The AI bots think maybe kaspersky corrupted the installation of SF18. I've tried reinstalling SF18 while kaspersky was paused and then made sure the SF18 programs are all "trusted" but still isn't working. -
