Solution: 1) Open My kaspersky in browser (done in Windows); 2) Enter "Devices Menu" and disable KPM at your device (device is acitve, KPM unlocked); 3) Log in; 4)Database with passwords have to rewrite; 4) Profit. This bug not depends from device type (Android 15 or Android 9). Database refresh and that`s all. Simple removal with cache or reauth doesn`t help. simple removal
  4. Решил провести еще один эксперимент. Зашел в учетную запись my kaspersky, произвел отключение KPM, установленного на телефоне во вкладке устройства (телефон включен, KPM на экране разблокирован). KPM закрывает хранилище, просит авторизацию. После авторизации хранилище телефона было абсолютно пустым. Авторизация в одном случае подцепилась от антивируса, в другом через смежную учетку получилось. Несколько секунд и синхронизация заработала в обе стороны. Судя по всему баг связан с структурой хранилища, нарушилась обратная совместимость и получилось что получилось. На планшете тоже всё заработало. Т.е. план прост: 1) Зайти в my kaspersky; 2) Отключить KPM от устройства и держать включенным сам KPM (даже лучше с открытым хранилищем); 3) Авторизоваться на устройстве; 4) Ждем успешной синхронизации. При этом просто удаление (с чисткой кэша и удаления всего + перезагрузка) и реавторизация не дают никакого результата. Почему чистка кэша и вообще всех данных приложения не приводят к такому эффекту останется загадкой. Баг воспроизводится и на резервном старичке HONOR 9 (андроид там ниразу не 15, скорее 9ый еще). P.S. чем переподключение сейчас отличается от переподключения из первого поста. Ранее не было эффекта сброса хранилища, телефон был в заблокированном состоянии при проведении манипуляций в учетной записи my kaspersky.

    Update folder

    This folder on a particular server ins consuming 10gb, is this normal? On other endpoints with Kaspersky installed this folder doesn't even exist. What is this about? Anything related to dump files? Thanks

  7. Hello @Luis SP, Welcome! Also, Kaspersky's VPN provider is outside of the US & is not impacted by the ban. To protect (your) privacy & security, logs, traces & any other data cannot be submitted to the Kaspersky Community Forum. Make sure the Windows OS is commercially released, not Insider Preview, Canary, Beta & OR any other OS in the development cycle? Try changing the *protocol*? Even tho the issue is impacting multiple users - please ensure the *latest* KVPN version/patch is installed, try uninstalling the VPN software, reboot, download & install a new VPN; if the issue persists, please contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown; provide a *detailed-history*, the support team will engage & assist, if logs, traces & any other data are required, they will guide you: Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available? Si a lo que se refiere, es que hace cambios en el perfil de seguridad, pero estos no se ven reflejados en el producto instalado en el servidor, lo más probable es que el producto no está sincronizando.   11. Hello, I’ve been experiencing unusually high latency and unstable connection speeds when using Kaspersky VPN Plus in all United States regions (including Washington, New York, and others). Until a few days ago, the connection was completely normal, but recently the RTT (latency) has increased drastically — from around 80 ms to over 900 ms on average. I’ve tried multiple reconnections, switching between U.S. regions, and restarting my system, but the issue persists. In addition, I’ve confirmed that other users I know (around 10 people) — all using the same VPN plan and connecting from the same country — are also experiencing the same high-latency issue on U.S. servers. This suggests that there might be some congestion, maintenance, or routing problem affecting the VPN nodes in the United States region. Could you please check if there is any ongoing issue or maintenance affecting Kaspersky VPN servers in the U.S.? I can provide traceroute results and public VPN IPs from the affected connections if needed. Thank you for your assistance.
  12. Hola, He estado experimentando una latencia inusualmente alta y una conexión inestable al usar las regiones de Estados Unidos en Kaspersky VPN Plus. Hasta hace unos días, la conexión funcionaba normalmente, pero recientemente el RTT (latencia) ha aumentado de forma significativa (de unos ~80 ms a más de 900 ms en promedio). He probado reconectarme varias veces, cambiar de región dentro de EE. UU. y reiniciar el sistema, pero el problema persiste. Además, he confirmado que otros usuarios que conozco (alrededor de 10 personas), todos usando la misma versión del VPN y conectados desde el mismo país, también presentan el mismo problema de alta latencia al usar servidores en EE. UU. Esto sugiere que podría haber algún tipo de saturación, mantenimiento o problema de enrutamiento que esté afectando los nodos del VPN en esa región. ¿Podrían por favor verificar si existe algún inconveniente actual con los servidores o la infraestructura de Kaspersky VPN en Estados Unidos?     Estimados, consulta . si entro en micloud de kaspersky aparace mi server, pero si hago cambos no se ven reflejados en el servicioodor, solo en el cloud, y no he podido crear una regla firewall, además no puedo ver el sevirvidor en la red, esta dentro del segmento, pero el kaspersky, este bien solido, tiene la configuración predeterminada, he creado reglas en el que trae el windows, server y ehe ehcho lo mismo en el cloud, he gagregado regls y aun asino me permite entrar con zerotier, lo he verificado muchas veces.   14. This entry in the reports may appear when Google Chrome automatically updates its components. You can see them on the "chrome://components" page. As a result of the analysis by the developers, the reason is: "The file did not download completely because the server dropped the connection. Part of the archive could not be unpacked, the unpacker returned an error, and the file was correctly marked as Corrupted." This is the expected behavior. However, there is a mention of a system file svchost.exe in the reports which may confuse the user, as if this particular file is corrupted. The support team and part of the developers agree with this. Those who wish to influence a possible improvement in the information content of reports can create support request with a question about fixing Bug 9037842. No trace files and other logs is needed, but you can attach a screenshot of the reports.

However, since this version introduces structural changes in the XPC and sandbox subsystems, early identification of compatibility issues may significantly help the development team prepare the next compatibility update. I’ll forward all the collected data and a full technical breakdown (including resolver logs and behaviour under App Store build 30500.79.14444486) directly to the Customer Service team via the official channel You’ve mentioned. Once I receive their response or confirmation from the macOS R&D division, I’ll post an update here so that other users can benefit from the findings. As for the regional distribution note — acknowledged. The current installation remains fully functional, and the issue was confirmed to be unrelated to regional availability.

After extensive testing, I have identified that Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection (App Store build 30500.79.14444486) becomes unresponsive due to a deadlock in the com.kaspersky.ksec.bl.resolver endpoint under the new XPC environment. Removing or resetting this endpoint resolves the issue entirely, restoring full app functionality. Please forward this finding to the macOS development team for internal validation and future patching. Including this note or workaround in the official documentation may also help other users facing the same issue under macOS 26.

The article You’ve shared refers only to hardware and software requirements for macOS versions up to 15, while this report concerns a confirmed reproducible issue on macOS 26.0.1 (Tahoe, build 25A362). After detailed analysis, I’ve identified the exact cause — the new XPC handling in macOS 26 interferes with the com.kaspersky.kpm.bl.resolver endpoint. This results in Kaspersky Password Manager freezing immediately after launch. Removing or resetting that endpoint restores full functionality and stability. I would kindly ask You to forward this finding to the macOS development team so that it can be validated and patched in an upcoming release. Including this fix or a related note in the official documentation could also help other users who may experience the same issue.
