  3. Hi, I just noticed that my computer has been infected by a trojan called "HEUR:Trojan.VBS.SAgent.gen", and I can't remove it via Kapersky...The trojan is found in the inbox file in Thunderbird. So it's not a file that I can remove (it's all code). Kapersky stated that these two files are the source of the Trojan (they are not found as an e-mail attachment in my inbox, it's all code in the inbox file in Thunderbird): P000009384:Emirates_Marble-pdf.gz and P000009384:Emirates_Marble-pdf.vbs So I'm simply wondering how I should go about to remove this trojan from my computer?   5. Добрый день. Обратитесь в техподдержку. Ссылку на эти файлы приложите к запросу. Желательно еще приложить такой отчет.
  6. Устанавливаю Kaspersky Plus 21.24.8.522 на Windows 10 64bit. Установщик сразу пишет Неизвестная ошибка. Приложение не установлено. Запускал и оффлайн и онлайн установщик. Пробовал поставить Kaspersky Plus от 2023 года. Результат одинаковый. Включение или отключение VPN не помогает. По этой ссылке найдете несколько файлов c буквами kl-setup в имени и дамп установки. С помощью утилиты kavremover удалял Kaspesky free/Standard/Plus/PremiumMR24 и ...MR23. Не помогло.

This is a serious breach of the contract we agreed to and of the purchase we made. I demand that the same functionalities that were already present be restored. It is still not possible to use the VPN on Linux or routers because you have not yet reinstated the previous option to create a WireGuard or OpenVPN configuration, and this is unacceptable. Such an essential feature cannot be missing — it is present in all other VPN services on the market, except yours now. I am requesting a refund for the year I purchased.
  8. This vpn was good before, and you destroyed with your bad management. Months we are waiting the fix for this crap vpn and didnt change nothing. Stability suck, speed suck, missing still feature like double vpn (there was before), or openvpn/wireguard config to use in router or linux.   11. Some time to come back? We’ve been waiting for months for features that were available when we signed the contract and subscribed, this is outrageous. On top of that, these are features found in every VPN service. What has been done is unlawful, and Kaspersky should refund every license, because months have passed and nothing has changed yet. I want a answer from kaspersky team, no from a moderator that say every time the same thing.
  12. @Hendra Welcome on the Kaspesky Forum. Recovering your expired license isn't possible and not usable , also in most regions Kaspersky Free has been removed.
  13. Ist schon etwas länger her aber ich erinnere mich, dass man Filezille an mehreren stellen freigeben muss. Hast du alles was Filezilla ist angepasst?

  16. Guten Morgen Sebastian, das habe ich alles umgesetzt und bei mir sieht es auch ganz genau so aus wie auf den Screenshots von Schulte und darauf kommt dann mein neuer Fehlercode. Muss ich neben den Punkten die Schulte nannten och wo vielleicht eine Änderung vornehmen und deshalb kommt bei mir der andere Fehler? Bei mir wird auch das Programm erst bei der Programm Überwachung gelistet wenn ich es zuvor geöffnet habe.

Halli Hallo Ich habe das selbe Problem nur das wenn ich die Lösung hier umsetze dann eine andere Fehlermeldung bekomme: Antwort: 530 Login authentication failed Fehler: Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen Ich habe aber alles überprüft Passwort etc ist alles richtig auch mit dem Server Support habe ich bereits gesprochen von deren Seite aus gibt es keine Probleme. Kann mir jemand vielleicht helfen das Filezilla wieder funktioniert. Mit dankbar für jede Hilfe. Liebe Grüße

  21. Helo, I have a problem where my last licence of kaspersky free is expired and I see my account has new Kaspersky Free subcription status not in use. So I try to download and install but when login my account it say "You cannot use free subcription in my account". But my account have a licence of Free Subcription.
