I just heard back from Kaspersky support. It appears there will not be a fix rolled out for this, and we should just add URL's to the Trusted URL's section of KSC. I just hope this doesn't affect too many URL's going forward, or it is going to be a busy end to the year!

Hello again new install on Debain 12, up to date. clean database, removed ksc64 and ksc-web-console. new ksc 16 install, new web console 16 install - blank page. restor from backup - same, other browser (Mozilla, Edge) - same. All services looks fine - active and running. Any clue?

Проблема не только у Вас, на сегодняшний момент эта проблема массовая. Купить лицензию на Kaspersky Secure Connection в России Вы не сможете. Единственный выход перейти на дугой VPN.

Тех поддержка на запрос не отвечает, вчера отправлял запрос. Скажите сколько ждать, у меня работа стоит. Проблема что покупал с другой страны или в чем? Если я куплю через https://www.kaspersky.ru/ новую подписку с РУ сайта, это решит проблему? Сейчас к нескольким серверам подключается, НО без доступа к интернету.

Инстаграмм открываться и не должен, он заблокирован в России. По поводу остального - обращайтесь в техподдержку. С ютубом сейчас действительно могут быть проблемы. нет, он не умер, только что проверял. Это какие-то локальные проблемы.

Кажется, помимо вашего VPN, у вас ещё и умер сайт, на котором я могу посмотреть ключ лицензии, который требуется для поддержки А как вы по версии сборки определяете лицензию? Я скачал с сайта, а мог бы ее же скачать с рустора

У вас нероссийская лицензия. Они сейчас переведены на инфраструктуру Pure VPN. О чем вам сообщили при принятии нового лицензионного соглашения. В России с ним могут быть проблемы, поэтому обратитесь в техподдержку.

Just to add to this, we also started seeing this after updating a small number of test users to KES to 12.11 using KSC. Unfortunately it decided to do this to our Webmail providers URL.. I was able to add the affected URLs to the trusted URL's section (and also allowed them in Web Control > Allowed for good measure). Hoping Kaspersky can fix this fairly quickly, as I have paused the roll out until it is sorted. I don't fancy 300 endpoints all calling me to say a different URL they use daily is now not working..
