Descobri que o problema não é o Escape from Tarkov em si, mas o BattleEye. Quando o BattleEye atualizou, o Kaspersky começou a impedir que ele abrisse, causando os crashes. Você poderia tentar isto por sua própria conta e risco: Abra o Kaspersky Premium. Vá em Configurações → Proteção → Ameaças e Exclusões → Aplicativos Confiáveis. Adicione o executável do BattleEye (C:\Program Files\EscapeFromTarkov\BattlEye\BattleEye.exe) e marque: Não verificar arquivos abertos por este aplicativo Não monitorar a atividade do aplicativo Opcional: adicione a pasta inteira do BattleEye em Exclusões. Reinicie o PC e abra o jogo. Resultado: Tarkov e BattleEye funcionarão normalmente sem precisar pausar o Kaspersky.

Hi all, Following KES 12.11.0 deployment, our users are getting an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS errors when trying to access specific web sites. I have confirmed that it is browser independent and definitely related to the Web Threat Protection component. Adding site exceptions and/or changing other various parameters in the Web Threat Protection settings don not make a difference - the only thing that works is disabling Web Threat Protection completely. Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any insights / suggested fixes? Thanks, Doug

I checked the spam folder but there was nothing from Kaspersky Technical Support. I sent messages to email support and chat support on a different days but the results were the same. and somehow, anti-banner problem was fixed so I don't need to contact them now. but I hope you to fix the support contact form issue, since i might need it in the future. thank you for your support.

Compre una subscripción de Kapersky Premium por 2 años para 3 dispositivos pero al instalar todo y luego registrar mi correo cuando quiero abrir la aplicación me dice que no tengo ninguna subscripción activa en mi cuenta. No e podido ingresar ni a VPN ni a Kapersky Premium , solo al Password Manager. No se que puede estar pasando porque en mi cuenta figura mi dispositivo que es mi notebook y figura que tengo la subscripción pero no hay caso no me deja ingresar, me pide clave y con mi cuenta nada que no tengo subscripción. Ya instale 2 veces y reinicie y nada. Alguna idea de que puede estar pasando ? seguí los pasos tal cual como decia el correo que me llegó luego de comprar la subscripción. Доброго! 21.23.6.641 win7x64 что за лажа с подменой SSL сертификатов в последнем обновлении (до этого почти год антивирус мне не мешал)? при попытке соединения по протоколу FTPS (в том же тотал командер, например с хостером beget.tech) ругается на хэши и т.п. = что кто-то есть"по середине".. даже если принять "изменения" - соединение установить удается частично, без обмена данными.. на этом этапе все "виснет" и приходиться рвать соединение - естественно в таких условиях работа не возможна.. И второй вопрос - если я хочу отключить антивирус , значит я его хочу отключить полностью (даже в диагностических целях), а не только GUI. Как мне это сделать ? = зачем мне водить хороводы с удалением полностью и/или его переустановкой, чтобы проверить его влияние на очередной "баг" ?

Olá recentemente o kaspersky de um alerta quanto a um arquivo background.js, removi o arquivo e mesmo assim alertou novamente um tempo depois que me fez decidir formatar a máquina por desemcargo de consciencia, porém mesmo assim outro alerta surgiu, executei alguns outros programas junto ao kaspersky, como malwarebytes e adwcleaner para uma varredura das pastas e dos navegadores, removendo também extensões e então o problema parece ter se resolvido. Mas observando um dos relatórios vi que um dos arquivos pegos dizia ser o chrome.exe e o MBAMservice.exe, que é a extensão web do malware, então averia chance de apesar ser conflito, e todas as vezes que alertou era algo do próprio chrome que se atualizava e então acabava sendo pego, e ai o navegador cria outro arquivo desse e se repete o ciclo, sendo apenas algo do programa mesmo? Um problema similar ocorreu pelo MSEdge quando desinstalei o Chrome, gostaria de ter uma noção melhor do que são esses alertas se possivel, pois sou um tanto leigo.

I found a Malwarebytes Free log, and this log shows that a removal occurred on the same day the secure folder was created, 08/12/2024. 3) Are these events interconnected? And why didn't Kaspersky Free's real-time protection block and remove the malware? Only Malwarebytes Free detected and removed these files from the log, and only Microsoft Defender later removed AppData\Roaming\secure\QtWebKit4.dll (Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.C!ml) after the full scan? 4) After infection, was this malware always active until the day of the Defender scan? 1st link, already replied in MWT, I sent that file to K. analysts, and They said it's clean, those VT detections are false positives. 2nd link, nothing to comment, looks clean. Both are different files, same name.

так и не смог найти точного ответа, влияет ли включение/выключение secure boot на работу KRD, а также стало интересно, почему KVRT проверяет компьютер дольше , чем KRD? Проверка с KRD в первый раз заняла 25~ минут, во второй 30, а KVRT в то же время подольше, где то 40~
