Reclamação Urgente - Falha Grave do Kaspersky Premium, Perda de Arquivos, Suporte Inexistente e Solicitação de Reembolso e Restauração de Dados Escrevo esta reclamação formal para expressar minha profunda insatisfação e prejuízo decorrentes da aquisição e subsequente falha do software Kaspersky Premium, adquirido em 19 de abril de 2025. A compra deste produto foi motivada pela necessidade de proteger meu notebook, website, arquivos pessoais e corporativos contra ameaças digitais. Contudo, o resultado foi desastroso, culminando na perda total dos meus arquivos e na completa ineficácia do suporte técnico oferecido. Suporte este que foi pago e parte integrante do produto adquirido. Após a instalação do Kaspersky Premium, meu sistema apresentou chegou a ficar inoperante, para minha surpresa, não foram detectados ou neutralizados pelo antivírus. Diante da persistência do problema e convencido de que a forma mais segura em realizar o backup geral de todos os arquivos através da ferramenta deste software, realizei o backup utilizando a ferramenta integrada do Kaspersky Premium em um drive externo. Subsequentemente, fui forçado a formatar meu notebook, na esperança de eliminar as ameaças que o software da Kaspersky falhou em identificar e remover. A falha mais crítica e inaceitável ocorreu ao tentar restaurar meus arquivos a partir do backup realizado com a ferramenta do Kaspersky Premium. Para minha consternação, a restauração não funcionava e não houve absolutamente nenhuma ação desta empresa para restaurar os arquivos que estão completamente inacessíveis. Esta situação demonstra uma falha grave e inaceitável na funcionalidade de backup e restauração do software, que era uma das principais razões para a aquisição do produto. Durante os mais de sete dias subsequentes, tentei incessantemente obter suporte técnico da Kaspersky. Foram diversas tentativas de contato através do chat online, e-mails enviados e inúmeras ligações para os números de telefone disponibilizados no site oficial – todos sem sucesso. Os números de telefone se mostraram inoperantes, e o suporte remoto (que também paguei para tê-los), que dependia de um contato telefônico prévio, tornou-se inacessível. A completa ausência de retorno por parte da equipe de suporte é inaceitável e agrava ainda mais os prejuízos causados pela falha do software. Diante do exposto, fica evidente a falha grave do software Kaspersky Premium em cumprir seu propósito fundamental de proteção e segurança de dados. A perda total dos meus arquivos, tanto pessoais quanto corporativos, e a inacessibilidade do suporte técnico representam um prejuízo incalculável e uma quebra de confiança na marca Kaspersky. Portanto, com base no Código de Defesa do Consumidor e nos meus direitos como adquirente de um produto que se mostrou defeituoso e causador de danos, solicito formalmente: O reembolso integral do valor pago pela licença do Kaspersky Premium, tendo em vista a completa inutilidade do software e os danos causados. A imediata restauração dos meus arquivos criptografados. Considero que a falha na ferramenta de backup e restauração, um componente essencial do software, torna a Kaspersky responsável pela recuperação dos meus dados. Exijo que a empresa tome todas as medidas técnicas necessárias para reverter a criptografia e devolver meus arquivos em seu estado original. Aguardarei um posicionamento formal e uma solução para este grave problema com a máxima urgência. Caso não obtenha uma resposta satisfatória e a devida reparação dos danos, incluindo a restauração dos meus arquivos, tomarei as medidas legais cabíveis para garantir meus direitos.   7. I use KIS 21.3.10.391 I can't watch videa.hu online films. Why? If I set Kaspersky to no autorun, so I can watch films. But so there is not Kaspersky antivirus, only Windows Defender:-(((

    Тут не в этом вопрос даже. Оно проникает в нужный процесс - т.е. детект "Invider" в ХИПС, но детект это "желтый", а не "красный", ибо таких - есть много на что, обычно - холостых, т.к. внедряется много чего и легального. Кстати, и не само оно проникает - чтобы проникнуть, нужно запуститься, а dll на то dll, что ее кто-то пихнуть должен. Вот когда внедрится, и управление получит - тогда она может что-то сама сделать, но изначально - нет. Ну либо я что-то очень сильно не понял с этого сообщения, которое вроде бы на русском написано, и вроде бы даже русскоязычным человеком, но все же не очень понятно, кто куда внедряется, и причем тут жалобы антивируса (я так понимаю - при скачивании, а не при работе).

Two other things that just came to mind, there's always the option of purchasing Kaspersky Premium with Kaspersky Premium VPN - from Kaspersky's *Global* website - no regional limitations bind those subscriptions -> https://www.kaspersky.com/premium. When & IF (you) do get a Kaspersky subscription with *Unlimited* VPN - the *Unlimited* VPN is for 1 user account on all devices *irrespective* of how many user accounts the subscription is for. All *other* user accounts get standard/free VPN, not *Unlimited*. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Correct - there's no Kaspersky VPN *included* in the Kaspersky Premium Indian subscription, it's not possible to use something that does not exist - however - as we said in our previous reply - check with Kaspersky Customer Service.   17. Hi , I am planning to purchase a Kaspersky premium key in India as my current License is ending soon in less than 35 days. I am planning to move to Australia in some 1 - 2 months and I was wondering if I purchase 1 Kaspersky premium license ,get it activate it in India and then move to Australia, Will my VPN and other services active because I've read here that Kaspersky VPN services are being suspended in India and some other countries. Can someone help me please

    入库的监控会报毒 不报毒就是有扫描缓存了。双击主防会拦截的。 KSN拉黑但还没来得及入库的扫描确实不会报毒,因为卡巴有个策略,一些格式的文件扫描时不会查询KSN。但是双击时永远会刷新扫描缓存和KSN缓存,所以拉黑的样本双击一定会拦截。 没有入库也没有KSN拉黑的样本,就纯依靠主防得行为特征库了。
  21. Я решил скачать dll файл ,но касперский начал жаловаться на него я предполагаю что это ложное срабатывание т.к раньше такого не было потому что он проникает в код нужного мне процесса

As 21.21 is already available (to you), (you) may wish to proceed with a manual upgrade, read: How to update the application. Yes, there should be a *multitude* of notifications - in the GUI - the green blob should turn orange, the Kaspersky icon, in Windows Taskbar *Hidden icons* should turn red; in Windows Notification centre there should be a message to reboot, in the GUI Notifications / Recommendations - there should be a notification to reboot *and* in (your) MyKaspersky account, there should also be a notification to reboot. Also, versions & patches are distributed *silently* - known as Total Force Upgrade (TFU), the version & or patch will arrive on a users computer - and sit in the background - for 7 days / 168 hours - IF the computer is *not* rebooted during that period - at the end of 7 days / 168 hours - the waiting version or patch will trigger the notifications we've listed....   24. Hello everyone, as per the subject I wanted to ask if you know how long after usually the version of Kaspersky automatically upgrade to the new release. I ask this as I saw that in my private area it gives me the setup of 21.21 available for download but although my version of Kaspersky Plus is set to automatic updates it still hasn't updated to the latest version which from the online help I think was released around mid April or am I wrong? Lastly I wanted to ask another thing, when it updates automatically will it bring up a notification to do a reboot? Thank you all.

    Откуда антивирус знает, можно что-то сделать или нельзя. Он предупреждает о потенциальной уязвимости. На некоторых роутерах 22 порт можно окрыть и закрыть во внешнюю сеть.

    открытый 22-й порт означает что к роутеру возможен доступ по SSH. Что является потенциальной уязвимостью. Но, во-первых доступ открыт только из внутренней сети, во-вторых закрыть его через web-интерфейс роутера все равно нельзя. Поэтому на это предупреждение можно не обращать внимания. потому что он видит, что порт открыт. Что, как я выше написал, является потенциальной уязвимостью. О чем он и предупреждает.
