This is not a real solution. I used VPN to connect to several websites in my home country, but now with the "improved" VPN, the PERU server has gone. For instance, I cannot use most of the government websites unless I connect through a Peruvian server. Somebody has a real solution for this matter?

Переустановил программу заново по шагам, как попросили в поддержке. Сначала установилась прошлая версия без активации ключа ( оптимальный сервер подключился сразу же ), программа обновилась, ключ активировался и всё то же самое - не подключится, как это было в предыдущей версии. По итогу хочу подвести тезис - новая версия не обкатанная и имеет проблемы с подключением. В моём случаи не работает с корпоративным wi-fi ( сама сеть рабочая ), все нужные файлики в поддержку повторюсь я отправлял.

Yes this is an extreme regression -- it's a bit sad as I trusted Kaspersky on this and it turns out that VPN as perhaps now an equally important place in my setup than malware protection... Time to move on. Lesson learned, you want a decent service --> get that service ONLY and avoid cheap bundled offloaded offers to possibly changing for worst underdogs providers.. EDIT: router option IS essential here and why I went for that...

I just literally went with Proton VPN, and while it's not the fastest, I'm enjoying it. I'm on it right now.

QUITARON PAISES DE CONEXIÓN YO USABA LA DE MI PAIS Y VPN COSTA RICA YA NO ESTA UN MONTON QUITARON Y EL SERVICIO DEJO FUNCIONAR.. para que carajos dañaron lo que estaba bien .. Desde la última actualización, dejó de funcionar. Lleva un tiempo sin funcionar; internet deja de funcionar en cuanto se activa. Y solo funciona Kaspersky; nada más funciona. Uso AdGuard como firewall; antes funcionaba correctamente, pero ahora no funciona en absoluto, con o sin firewall.

No sirve desde que lo cambiaron dejo de funcionar en Android no conecta,, cada que se enciende corta el internet 😡😡😡😡😡 que parte de premium tiene esto

I am in Australia, having Russian license of Kaspersky, when I activate my VPN with Russia option and try to access Russian sites such as gosuslugi and www.rzd.ru they do not open as they once did.

I can't access the internet without disabling it.Is there a solution? I have to disable it constantly.

I only used CIS servers: Armenia and Novosibirsk. Both are entirely removed. Belarus, which I rarely but still sometimes used, is also removed. All that is left is Moldova, which is this tiny state. Generally, they added tiny islands, tiny states, and a whole lot of nonsense servers from nations I’ve never heard of—in some cases because they simply aren’t nations of their own, but island colonies. Worse than even that, they did that as a Russian company, to add American servers—plenty of them—and Ukraine, of course. Because why not? Russia is having “fun” with Ukraine right now. And of course Baltic servers, because those are also “great nations.” Generally, security means to have servers connected to nations which are either not “Five Eyes” and less “20 eyes and beyond,” as it is called. And all they did was add those—they added every “20 eyes” nation, in fact—and disconnected every CIS nation, acting as if Edward Snowden never existed and never told the world that those nations are simply not any more trustworthy. But again, here we are moving in circles, I guess. Because again, what we are left with is maybe Swiss ProtonVPN—not sure yet if it can replace Kaspersky for me—even though I already replaced it with two not-so-secure alternatives, namely TunnelBear and CFWarp. And yes, I am sporadically getting connected again, but with horrible ping.

Which *version* is installed - it should be 21.23.6.614-2 - download from: Windows, Update to the Latest Version for Smooth VPN Performance When did this problem: "I received a new updates about the VPN and installed then my VPN doesn't connect" *start*? Have Kaspersky Standard & Kaspersky Plus been fully *uninstalled* from the computer? In both the Kaspersky Premium application & the Kaspersky Premium VPN are each of those applications *signed-into* with the same-email-address that (you) use to sign-into (your) MyKaspersky account? When "I tried to upgrade my Kaspersky to premium and again VPN doesn't connect" happens - what error/s do (you) see - post back the information in English & please *hide* any personal information before posting? Hello, I used Kaspersky standard with Kaspersky plus which provide unlimited VPN and I received a new updates about the VPN and installed then my VPN doesn't connect. I tried to upgrade my Kaspersky to premium and again VPN doesn't connect. It is about 5 times that I unstalled it and reinstalled it but the problem didn't solve.

You may be thinking it's not necessary as Kaspersky is aware the provider-transition has contributed to many of the problems, however, Kaspersky is actively working on logged cases, we'd encourage anyone impacted by the transition to do as Kaspersky is suggesting/requesting & submit a case with Kaspersky Customer Service, select Email & fill in the template -> select (your) Kaspersky software from the dropdown-list(A) & please provide a *detailed-history*: ***IMPORTANT*** -> please post back the incident-reference-request-number, it's prefixed with INC0000? Still not working right, I only use the VPN on my phone, it is getting a little better on sites that wasn't working, but some websites still won't load, even forum.kaspersky.com, it basically just timeout won't load, it's like Kaspersky VPN is blocking their own website.
