Can you mention the version of the server , the location where agent is installing is there write access on that specific drive. -

Do the endpoint/server is properly connected to cloud console , do run klnagchk utility from the server path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent Go to this path then run cmd then run klnagchk.exe -

Bizarre issue with Bank web page in Chrome

Just been my brothers.. he asked me to look at a problem for him. Issue is, on his PC, win 11 home 25H2 patched. Chrome Ver 124, bank HSBC web app. Kaspersky premium ver 21.23.6.614 When he goes to his known payees... and selects one (his daughter for instance), when he tries to enter an amount to transfer to her, he can only enter 1 digit.. any more are ignored. So I tested and confirmed his issue.. so I checked Kaspersky, Kaspersky Money was DISABLED... SO I just exited Kaspersky completely... reloaded the bank web page and it worked... It now allowed full typing in the "amount to transfer" box. Reloaded Kaspersky, and it broke again. So tried it in Edge browser, and it worked OK, with or without Kaspersky running. SO god knows what's breaking it... but it def not OK, he says its been broken for a good amount of time, so I suspect over a number of browser updates, and even Kaspersky updates.. but I cannot confirm. Anyone else seen this and able confirm? Fire away if you have questions.. but I no longer at his, and he not super tech capable, but may be I can try and recreate (I AM HSBC customer...but dont use Chrome, but if needed may be I can hold my nose and install 😉 ). Tengo la sospecha de que mi teléfono celular, Samsung a54 android 16, ha sido hackeado o comprometido, especialmente por mi número de teléfono, ya que me aparece asociado a cuentas de Facebook que yo no cree nunca pero que sí me mandan códigos a mi WhatsApp personal y, además, cada que reinicio el teléfono me llegan códigos al SMS que yo no solicité. Tengo la preocupación de que, en caso de haber sido comprometido, también lo hayan sido mis datos personales, archivos, fotos, videos y cuentas de redes sociales a donde tenía registrado mi teléfono celular. Tengo una suscripción a Kaspersky premium y no detecta nada, dice que está todo bien, sin embargo, siguen llegando códigos al SMS, mi internet se ralentiza sólo en mi teléfono y mejor apagué toda comunicación de éste, ¿cómo podrían ayudarme? Ya marqué al servicio al cliente, al número que me proporciona la app de Kaspersky, pero no están en servicio y no me queda claro su horario de trabajo.

Кстати! Из моего опыта с ПК с 2005 года, переменные среды всегда меняю сразу после установки windows - с умолчания в папке пользователя на более короткий путь в C:\Windows\Temp (как есть и сейчас на моих ОС). С тех давних времён это было обусловлено более быстрым доступом к временным файлам на более медленных HDD в сравнении с SSD + я вижу профит в этом, если например какой-нибудь вредоносный скрипт попадает (при установке ПО), то он быстрее будет удалён с другими врем.файлами (да даже вручную очистить папку C:\Windows\Temp), чем поселится в папке юзера. У меня сейчас конечно же все системы стоят на SSD накопителях. Вероятно в этом "собака зарыта" и можно считать решением. -

I've been having problems getting Kaspersky to move my url from blacklists and changing the category to information technology. I've reviewed it on https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ and submitted it to have it reanalyzed. I've been trying for three months now. I never hear anything back. I am signed in when I submit the request. The url is getwordpresscare.com - and the site is clean, up to date and has both Sucuri and WordFence running on it. If you check www.virustotal.com it is not listed on any other sites. How do I get feedback or get anyone at Kaspersky to review it? -

Creo que solucionado 😳 el problema, sin modificar nada he desconectado tanto el pc como el wifi, y pasado un tiempo he vuelto a conectarlo y encenderlo todo y, de momento, no ha vuelto a aparecer tal pantalla. (Me habéis ganado por la mano al editar la foto de la captura. Me he dado cuenta al verla publicada y, mientras intentaba editar la publicación, ya me ha saltado la notificación del mail y ya corregida. Perdón y gracias) No, no funcionaba ningún botón ni nada, solo cerrarla de la barra desde tareas. De todas formas, seguiré vigilando… jejeje

No aparece nada, es cierto que hace como 20 días dio un error al actualizar no encontraba el origen o algo así, pero a los 30 min se actualizó.. y a día de hoy están actualizadas Le doy a detalles y abre la pestaña de informes

Hum es extraño, por un lado, dice que las bases están ok y luego abajo dice desactualizadas 🤔 Si pinchas en Detalles, ¿qué aparece? Quizás sea una notificación antigua...
