I know there was an offer from Digital River (who handled the payment subscriptions) , not Kaspersky, to migrate to Bit Defender for the remainder of your subscription. That offer expired at the end of last month. You can use UltraAV, Microsoft Defender (built into Windows 10 & 11), or buy another program you feel comfortable using and ask for a refund from UltraAV or Kaspersky..

Это фактически временное внесение в исключения. Я не особенно досконально изучал, но, судя по трею, программа постоянно запущена плюс еще есть служба. Думаю, что если перезагрузить ОС, то будет снова детект. Добавьте лучше в исключения для компонента Мониторинг активности, как рекомендовали разработчики. Для примера на скринах файл старой и новой версий - старая доверенная по KSN, а новая только по подписи.

Além disso, recomendo a instalação apenas do K. Premium, pois o KTS é um produto antigo da Kaspersky e pode apresentar problemas no futuro. -
Возможны варианты, но, учитывая довольно большую популярность программы, скорее всего со временем исправят и без вашего участия. Может и не исправят, а выпустят новую версию программы и детекта не будет. Может эту исправят, а на новой версии опять будет детект. А им надо не столько "расследовать этот вопрос" (хотя это не помешает), сколько участвовать в Allowlist, если они так уверены в полной безопасности продукта. Эх, все хотят, чтоб всё работало как надо, но прилагать усилия для исправления не хотят.)) Пока детект не отключен (скрин).

For anyone having trouble this is what I did and it worked flawlessly. I tried first going in and ending my the task but it wouldn't work. I downloaded a program I've used in the past named Total Uninstaller from Martau.com which has a free 30 day trial. Once installed, select the program you want to remove, wait while it scans the program, then simply click Uninstall. It'll first run the built-in Uninstaller that comes bundled with the software but when that completes it'll then allow you to run a complete removal of the program from the system, deleting all the little things software leaves behind. I used it to remove both instances of Ultra AV, restarted and had no issues whatsoever. I spent the morning researching antivirus programs and speaking with sales reps about various features. If you're looking for a solid Kaspersky replacement, I settled on ESet Internet Security. It came down to ESet or Bitdefender. ESet won out for me because of the less obtrusive/resource hogging background scanning. I want to be safe, I don't need my PC bogged down. ESet Essential (lowest cost option) has a firewall which is what I was looking for. Best of luck to all of you!

My problem is that I got the offer for Bitdefender but it is not valid. I can remove Ultra AV but I don't have anything to replace it. I paid for my sub to kaspersky and would like a replacement that functions instead of just being with nothing or a refund. I never got a email for Ultra AV to log in or anything so it is basically causing my computer to have issues. I have issues booting it and it freezing when shutting down now. This is impacting my business.

I think I've managed to get rid of the malware now, but since it re-installed itself once already I guess I'll find out over time. Yes, malware, what else would you call software that deletes files without permission or notice? Windows Update, sure, but mostly just malware. I was able to cancel my autorenewal by following the instructions here: https://support.ultrasecureav.com/hc/en-us/articles/30059945704980-How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription?input_string=auto-renewal+cancelation I got a one-time sign-in link, and it was a lot easier than expected after UltraAV tried to get me to pay for their software and then after I uninstalled it the first time wouldn't let me log in to the Kaspersky transfer page on their site without installing it again (which I refused to do, I figured I could always dispute the charge if need be). As for a refund, good luck with that, I didn't have an option for it and Kaspersky has apparently decided to blame its customers for the US government wanting its citizens to not have working security software. Now I have to figure out if there is a viable replacement out there. So far the best I can come up with is BitDefender and that's not what I would call good.

fui acessar meus arquivos no cofre, abri estava ok, depois de uns 030 minutos retornei e praticamente todos arquivo sumiram , ficando somente 01 arquivo, so que visualizando o arquivo mestre ele esta cheio, mas quando abro so tem tem 01 arquivo , tenho este antivirus a anos e uso este cofre para armazenar com segurança dados, então e complicado sumir assim todos meus dados, não tenho copia , pois aqui era o local seguro de guardar, então e agora?

Olá, tenho duas licenças ativas dos Kaspersky, uma mais antiga do Kaspersky Total Security e uma mais nova do Kaspersky Premium. Quando adquiri o Premium, migrei meus dispositivos para ele e essa licença do Kaspersky Total Security deveria ficar livre de dispositivos associados para que eu possa utilizar em um outro dispositivo mas ela ficou "presa" em dos celulares que já esta usando a Premium. Ao consultar no site, as duas licenças mostram como instaladas no mesmo aparelho, gostaria de desvincular essa licença para usar em outro aparelho. Quando tento desvincular a licença pelo site, o que na verdade desvincula o aparelho removendo também a Premium, ao fazer login novamente no aparelho para instalar a licença Premium, ambas acabam registrando como estando no aparelho.
