  16. Montreal servers feel great, quick loads no hiccups on youtube. 🥳 a bit quicker then Toronto imo, but maybe due to many normal factors. I Still get time outs where youtube tries to run an add and shows the page is not available but i think thats because of my adblock web extension Ublock Origin on firefox.

  18. No, currently i have not updated the email to the developers due to volatile nature of the proceeding updates as i expect a lot of changes they need to make over time. However i did like them this thread to follow. 🫡 they said they would update me; again im not expecting incremental updates from them, more like just one when they know for sure that all issues are ironed out. so i had a theory that the fresh VPN install settings were good but would change upon restart my pc causing the problems. but when i went to go try i no longer get the VPN version i had before 21.23.6.614-2 (a) but rather i have now 21.23.6.614-2 which fixed the problem of the fastest server location not going to bangladesh and went actually near me to a US server 🥳🎉🎉 another note for the devs: on this for this forum i got a TLS handshake error when try to sign in with the vpn on 😅
  19. связался через чат с тех поддержкой, записал протокол через vpn программу без записи экрана, затем мне предложили выдать лицензию для рф на другой email, версия программы теперь 21.23.6.614-3 (была изначально 21.23.6.614-2(а), попытался сам переустановить из личного кабинета и скачал другую 21.23.6.614-2 - не помогло) теперь 8 серверов, youtube не работает, но уже что-то. без обращения в тех поддержку само ничего с программой не происходило, она не обновлялась и не соединяла с vpn, вердикт: обращаться есть смысл

  21. Пользуюсь этим продуктом уже пол года открывается только youtube,остальные сайты не открываются, например такие как, facebook и ему подобные. Пробовал всё ничто не помогает. Другие VPN открывают всё. В чём проблема. Грош цена этому продукту.
  22. Все в этом мире возможно, но вероятность того, что на этом компе без моего ведома используется VPN менее 1%. Опять же я ведь указал, что новая лицензия также предназначенная для использования в Казахстане без проблем активировалась, а значит IP'шник там был однозначно казахстанский. И год назад все практически наверняка было точно также и старая лицензия также активировалась на казахстанском IP'шнике.

Not quite so simple; when the subscription is sent to your account, (you) down load it & install it - i.e. (you) select *which* device* is allocated to *which* subscription, but -> IF (you) were to 'change' any of the Windows devices; the devices reflected in (your) my Kaspersky account would still show the *original* names, i.e. the device-name when the Kaspersky software was installed. The MyKaspersky account doesn't update-automatically. In our opinion, it'd be better to request a *refund*, explain (you've) purchased the wrong *device-number* subscription, you wish to cancel, refund & repurchase the correct-number subscription - that way (you're) only managing one subscription, with all of the devices linked to it - it still can mean at some stage - IF (your) devices are renamed - (you'll) also have to manage that in (your) MyKaspersky - but that's no show-stopper & won't stop the devices working. It's easier to manage multiple-devices on *one* subscription, than multiple-devices on multiple-subscriptions (ioo).   25. What I was notified by email was only that Kaspersky had been working on changes to certain things around the time I had to install this update; That it would cause some disruption for a while. None of your above-mentioned explanations and information were given in the email. No mention of disappearance of double VPN. I ve now found the information I needed on this web page from you, which is detailed to some extent. I think these explanations should have been provided for the users of this VPN in the first place in order to avoid unnecessary confusions we have had here. I believe there are still more costumers like us out there all over the world, wondering what is going on with the VPN. By the way, I am still waiting when this VPN will start running as its expected way. "Connection time out" keeps happening off and on as of now, when I send emails. Thank you. --- The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. --- P.S. Driver "VPN WG Nt Adapter" keeps changing and I cannot make the settings of this driver in a certain way.
